This hotel was great and all services were also good
Nice hotel close to metro but outside of the center of town. Quite a pleasant experience. We come to Montreal frequently to visit our oldest daughter, a student at McGill University, and despite being a bit away from McGill the hotel was so nice and the staff so great that I think we'll probably stay there again the next time we come to town.
I needed a different place to stay at the end of my trip because my travel partners had to return home before I did. This hotel is in a great location with the following all within a 4-block radius: a Metro station, a bank, a 24-hour restaurant, a 24-hour / 7-days per week fresh fruit and vegetable market, a gourmet chocolate shop, a supermarket, an SAQ, a Couche-Tard.....and much more!
We stayed for four nights for a family event. First trip to Montreal. The hotel was clean and our room was quite large. Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. We liked the location as there were many, varied restaurants and stores including a 24-hour fruit and vegetable market and also a 24-hour grocery store. Only one block from the subway stop so we made good use of our $18 three-day subway and bus pass. Very close to the impressive St. Joseph church and probably about one mile to an entrance to Mont Royale Park.
Terrible mattress, disgusting carpet, noisy from 7:00 am due to the construction works in the building at the other side of the street.
The hotel is rather basic. It is designed for budget sensitive family travel. Very convenient on the Metro line for 22 minute metro ride to Bonaventure.
