Staff was courteous, beds comfy and hvac unit nice and quiet. Unloading and loading vehicle a little hazardous on busy service road. Room needs flooring repair, as there were chips in floor with sharp edges.

I stayed one night at the Montreal Metropolitan Hotel. The room was super clean, modern, and way more spacious than I expected. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was Ok. I’d stay here again.

People smoke weed in the elevator and the corridors. Tooooo noisy. No seats to sit on in the lobby at night because many people are hanging there and speaking loudly. Terrible hotel.
