they didn’t clean our rooms. We stayed two nights. In the booking said there was gonna be breakfast included, which was not included nor were we given coupons.There was flies in the room other than that it was a great stay

Was given the wrong key, then given a key that opened a room someone was already staying in, then given the wrong key again, and lastly was woken up in the middle of my sleep by someone else walking into my room and placing their bags on my bed which woke me up. Asked for spare bedding set for the couch for the kids was told it was going to be delivered to my room twice never came. never got extra pillows i asked for. The brunch was ok but staff whinning infront of clients and rushed us to leave… overall disappointing stay unfortunately for us.

The room was nice and clean. The restaurant was pricey, but food was very good. The pool was extremely warm, and there's a lifeguard on duty. The property is being renovated, and desperately needs the upgrade. The main areas were quite dirty and disheveled. The games room is a bit of a joke. There's no store, only a couple of vending machines for snacks. The courtyard is in disarray.The bar and restaurant close quite early, so it's very quiet after 10:00pm. The suite didnt have any dishes or cutlery, and staff were unable to provide a couple of wine glasses when requested, so we drank our bottle of wine from plastic cups. Some of the other guests made me uncomfortable, as they were lingering around, trying to buy drugs. All in all, very cool property, but it was far from being a luxurious experience.
