The lobby was being renovated when we arrived, and it made me nervous for what the hotel would be like, but the rooms were fine. We had a studio style with 2 queen beds. Bathroom was also nice. The staff at the front desk were kind and the underground parking was a good perk.

The sliding bathroom door was ridiculous, the shower although looking very brand new hardly worked and made a very loud noise. Checking in was slow and it didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. Was NOT made aware by Expedia or the hotel that there was significant work being done on the property until AFTER I'd reserved. The breakfast I paid $75 extra for was terrible. Gross even. We will never be back, and am questioning using Expedia ever again. Au Revoir!

There were no hangers in the closet to hand our coats. They're were spotlights shining on the front of the building and therefore through all the friggin spaces around the curtains. Can you sleep when your room is lit up like the Vegas strip?

I have stayed here before: friendly , efficient staff, excellent location, very clean and comfortable room. One small problem: I was running late and could not figure out how to operate the shower; no time to ask for help. Lots of towels, a choice of pillows (different "hardness"), soft to hard) for a very comfortable sleep and they offer real bars of soap.

We stayed in December, they are under heavy renovations in the lobby. Noisy, but otherwise the office manager was excellent. Room was clean. 40.00 day for parking.
