First, I would like to compliment the exceptional staff at Auberge, ftom the first Bon Jour they went out of their way to assist you with the perfect stay.
The historical building kerps the feel of history, but has been beautifully update and includes all the perks we expect.
And the location is in the middle of all that Old Montréal is, including on the water.
We actually extended our stay.
Very friendly, accommodating and perfectly bilingual staff. Smack in the middle of Old Montreal with outstanding restaurants within easy walking distance. Opted for overnight valet parking.
This is our second stay.
. We love the rooms. The beds are very comfortable. The shower is fabulous . They brought us a bucket of ice upon request . ( very nice ).Water and coffee in the lobby .
The terrace bar was beautiful. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
The location is perfect . We walked all around the Old Montreal . Lots of shops and restaurants right out the back of the hotel.
Recent stayed at room 310. The room was beautiful with the river view, spacious, and clean. Love the old port location, very much accessible to the surrounding areas. Staffs are friendly and quick response to my needs. Would like to stay another night next time to be enjoy the restaurants perhaps.
Would be nice to have an extra seat (not chair) in the room to accommodate two persons to have a more comfortable and intimate conversation.
Thank you and will be back :)
The hotel was in a great location and had historic characteristics while being updated with modern amenities. Our room was in an inconvenient location which required navigation of stairs. We waited 45 minutes for our valet to get our car, he said he was the only one on duty.
Great location. Friendly accommodating staff. I will stay here again!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Extremely friendly staff was their best attribute. Hotel was in the heart of the historic district, which turned out to be filthy, grungy, choked with tourists, and unsafe (we were targeted by a pair of pickpockets). It was incredibly noisy on the street below including the hotel’s outdoor restaurant. If you must visit Montreal this may be an option but we can’t recommend it.
Location wonderful. Hotel is in the middle of old Montreal within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. We ate at Gaspar’s one of the restaurants onsite. Food was delicious and the atmosphere lively. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. Uber pickups were 2 minutes or less at the hotel’s location.
Lovely hotel. Great location, excellent service. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Very relaxing atmosphere w great restaurants on the premises. I will come back.

This hotel was amazing. The staff went above and beyond, so helpful and so nice. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. We had a river view and it was beautiful. The bar in the hotel and on rooftop were great and Nicholas made the best drinks! Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
