The vendor had a lot of conditions prior to check in and ended up charging us more when I informed them that my two daughters would be staying with us, this was not on the website. There are two parking spots on the property for which they use a separate booking system. The spots were full of garbage and someone had defecated on a pillow in the spot. The railing leading into the entrance had come off of its supports and was loose. When informed, the host did nothing. The rear door to the apartment was loose and there was an 1 cm air gap resulting in a significant draft and cold apartment. When informed the vendor asked for a picture but again did nothing. They rented the rest of the apartments in the building to a large group who partied loudly until 4 am, meaning no sleep for us. It snowed and the plows blocked our cars in meaning we had to dig out as the host did not maintain the property. They advertised a SMART TV but it did not work
