I had multiple issues with this home and the property owner.
1) there’s multiple lock boxes hanging on the inside of the door, they’re nearly impossible to access. It took my husband multiple attempts to be able to open them.
2) when we arrived the information we received for the door code and access was lacking information, so when I contacted the host he stated “I don’t know what to tell you” when I told him the access info was lacking information.
3) there is absolutely ZERO parking anywhere near the property. Which is fine as DT city cores often lack parking, but when you even attempt
To stop your vehicle to bring your belongings into the property the folks across the street scream at you repeatedly.
4) they must be doing major renovations on the other unit inside the building, they work very late into the night and than again cutting through walls the recip saws at 6am without any heads up from the property owner. Our entire family was startled out of our sleep in the worst way.
5) the unit across the hall from where the rental space is smells like rotting garbage.
6) when you enter the apartment it is an EXTREMELY steep staircase .
The only thing that was pleasant about this experience was the beautiful cultural restaurants near by and the neighborhood park/swimming/playground down the street.
The cost of this unit doesn’t under ANY circumstances match the environment.
And I’d just like to emphasize how absolutely rude the host is, don’t rent this unit.
