The room was small. the passage to the elevators was always crowded at night. In times like this it would have been better to have a specified way in for the guests staying at the hotel and not the groups of teenagers coming to hang out at the rooftop

Yu suck. Book the wrong hotel in diffrent state suppose to be New Orleans. Cancel in plenty of time. Will pass word for people not to book this hotel any where.

Never go to the spa! Super expensive and the worst facials ever!

The hotel was well located. Restaurants were excellent. But our friends who booked directly paid $149 per night and we were charged $249 per night through Orbitz.

The location is excellent, just at the edge of the Old city. Easy to walk to several locations besides the Old City such as Chinatown and the waterfront as well as downtown. The staff is friendly and helpful. We got good recommendations for amazing restaurants. The only downside was that we never knew when housekeeping would clean our room (usually after 3 or 4 but not always) and we couldn’t get more than 2 towels (we needed two each) without asking each time. The room was spacious with nice seating areas and a great view. The bed was comfy, the pillows a bit too soft for us. The Rainspa let me book a massage and facial at the last minute on a rainy day and I got an excellent world class Swedish Therapeutic massage from Alex. I highly recommend booking at least 1.5 hours with him. There was not quite enough room in the bathroom to store toiletries for 2. But the shower stall was spacious with good water pressure and the spa tub with bubbles was very nice even if it did get water everywhere when using the bubbles. Only two USB ports so bring plugs if you need to charge multiple devices. The hotel’s several bars and restaurants were also fantastic which surprised us as US hotel bars can be a bit lacking. Good food and good service. All in all we had a really lovely week long stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would book it again in a heartbeat.

Great location in an historic building! Best hotel bathroom ever!

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful, comfortable, fabulous bathroom, super-nice and helpful staff. Perfect location for exploring Old Montreal. Also, free WiFi (not a given in a luxury hotel) and TV that allows casting Netflix, etc., from a device — first time I’ve seen that.

Exquisite hotel in close proximity to everything. Friendly staff. Housekeeping was a bit off but I wouldn't be to concerned.

It was beautiful and an amazing location. There were four of us in the suite so we thought that there would be two beds. One bed was lovely and a King and the other was a very small pull out from a small couch. That was the only thing that was disappointing. They delivered a lovely bottle of champagne for my birthday and the staff was amazing. Very nice hotel!

The valet and front desk were very helpful answering our questions and giving us suggestions. We asked if the crib we requested had been brought to our room. They got right on it contacting housekeeping and we had our crib in minutes.

Great location, and the room was great. Had a little view of the Place d’Armes and Notre Dame. We ate at the Terrace one night and at the 701 Restaurant another night. Both dinners were exceptional, both service and food. An extra star for the delicious lemon tarts with fresh berries we got at the Terrace!

Great historic property with contemporary rooms. The best restaurant ever.

Very nice hotel in the Old Port, Nice renovated hotel room. Friendly staff. My only complaint is the 15% service charge for room service, on top of which you should tip, so be prepared to pay about 50% on top of the menu price after service charge, tax and tip!

The design and architecture are a gorgeous backdrop to a romantic getaway. The staff are extremely friendly and the service is prompt.
