It's a very nice hotel. Great location, stylish, with generously sized rooms. Very comfortable beds. However, we received some pretty rude service in the 'off-hours' (early a.m. when we flew out, and after dinner, maybe around 9pm) from the front desk people. We had a great time in the city nonetheless.
