Buenas atenciones
It is quite old, it has not been renovated in long time. All areas are super small, the elevators, corridors, rooms, bathroom. It is also dirty. The balcony looks unsafe, had to lock the doors to ensure kids don’t go onto balcony. The weird this, the door to balcony has a dead bolt and two locks….who could climb on it on 11th floor 😂

I enjoyed the room with a small patio and a view of downtown Montreal. The location is excellent near some very good pubs and restaurants with outdoor seating, and a few blocks walk from the Fine Arts Museum, which you can see from the hotel looking down the street. Parking was OK, $25 Canadian a night - just right across the street (can look down on your car from the room), plus $15 more on your last day if you want to stay in the lot for a few hours after checkout. Breakfast was decent, but far too few tables for the size of the hotel, you may have to stand and eat on available counter space, or wait for a table. Elevators are small but never had to wait too long for the elevator.
A convienent location, located close to McGill University and Mt. Royal. Parking is not included in hotel, but the parking is right across from the hotel.
