Quiet family neighbourhood, neighbours can be grumpy at times but they don't bite - be mindful of the noise levels to win their hearts.

The property does not feature a private parking. But this has yet to be a problem, as there is plenty of free street parking available (make sure to check your arrival information to better understand the signages to avoid fines).

We use our own secured systems to verify ID, send guest guide and for some communication.

Your reservation will result in you receiving a link for ID verification (Valid ID, agreement to rental contract, and security deposit that could go up to 250$). This needs to be done prior to receiving your guest guide and access codes to the property. The latter will be sent to you through another link a few days prior to your arrival.

We apologize for the extensiveness of our house rules but they are the result of past unfortunate experiences that we wish to avoid at all costs.

The base price offered is for 2 persons. There is an extra fee for every additional person.

The maximum occupancy of the unit must be followed at all times.

If the number of people exceeds the number registered initially, without notice to the landlord, a fee of $ 70 per person/ per day will apply automatically. To avoid check-in problems and surcharges, please make sure to book for the right number of travelers because the number of people will be checked during your stay.

Breakage and damage must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.
