The bedroom was okay.TV was programmed for 80s channels if not 90s . It was snowing and there were no door mats outside or inside the room to clean/wipe off your shoes to get inside the room.The bathroom had gutter smell.I asked for heater but I was told the person didn't know couldn't help much. I felt sad but I guess that's how it is? Overall good place to stay if you Wana stay in downtown.

The hotel is not a two star it's a 1 star Everything is filthy dirty. The bed was so soft you couldn't sleep on it without Hurting your back. There was no free parking self drive as advertised. There was parking but you had to leave the key at the desk because people would have to move your car to get their other cars out from behind you. I have a Tesla not too many people know even how to start the car never mind how to get into it. I did not stay in the room It was too terrible. I gave the front desk the back within 15 minutes. That they said I have nonrefundable reservation so I get anything. What they advertise and what they give you Is a scam

the intense air freshener smell lifted after a couple of hours to reveal old cigarette odor and then smoky cigarette smells coming from other rooms which shifted to vaping smell and then weed which finally set off fire alarms at midnight. even though it says it is a no-smoking hotel it was clearly not an important thing for management. we would have left if we weren't so tired.
