The staff exceeded expectations. On my last day in Montreal there was a demonstration that shut down all of the streets around the hotel. I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to get a Uber/taxi to the airport. The hotel staff arranged a car to pick me up a couple of blocks away and walked me all the way to my ride. I cannot thank them enough!

Loved the room and front desk staff. Went for brunch and we were told we had to order from the breakfast menu as we were 15 min. early. By the time we got our water 15 min had passed.I ordered the granola parfait and therer was no granola in it, when I asked for the granola it came in a tiny silver cup filled with granola dust! My daughter aand I were very dissapointed. This was a special visit to see her. There are so many better spots for brunch in Montreal.

I would this hotel a 4 star not 5! It was generally goof. The room size was fine. The furniture was okay too. Some of the furniture could be upgraded but no issues. One thing is the outside noise is easily getting to hotel. So, don't think it would be a good idea to stay there in tbe Summer. The staff were nice and kind but the room service was really slow and needed training. One last thing, the hotel does not provide mouth wash, first time in my experience. Other than that good hotel, but 4 stars.
