Distinctive hotel in the center of elegant Montreal. A few issues: could not warm room to satisfactory level at night, room was missed on cleaning schedule, soap in dispensers that could not be reached from bathtub. Staff very helpful and room spotless. Parking was a delight in hotel basement.
