The artwork is great. It has a really nice vibe. The location is fantastic. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The ‘city view’ was the building across the street.

Beautiful historic building in Vieux Montréal! Loved the room and all the artwork; our room had a Picasso. The room itself was very comfortable. The front desk staff were very personable and helpful too. The hotel itself is very convenient to the basilica and other points of interest, and the Métro orange line has stops nearby.

Check in was quick, staff was very friendly and pleasant. Room was clean with no odors. Would definitely visit again.

I enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. The majority of the staff was helpful.

The staff at this hotel could not have been more friendly or helpful during my stay. They were able to answer all my questions and offer suggestions on activities throughout the city. I plan on visiting Montreal again next year and will definitely stay at this hotel. My thanks to all the staff

I LOVED this hotel. Honestly it exceeded my expectations and when I come back to Montreal I will be staying here. Facilities are beautiful, staff are so friendly and informative, rooms were beautiful and so clean, and after a big day exploring, the beds were the comfiest beds I have slept in. Big shout out to Paul, you topped my experience and I will forever grateful to you. It was certainly a memorable 4 days.

Great location, well managed property, very friendly staff always there to help.

Wonderful location in Old Montreal. My room was very nice and comfortable. This property is unique and I highly recommend it.

This hotel had old charm, large rooms and perfect location. would stay there again

Boutique hotel with lots of art and in a convenient location.

Very unique hotel with a great collection of art through. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful in accommodating recommendations.

We had a long weekend to explore Montreal, and LHotel was the perfect base. A small hotel in historic building, it has a cool, creative vibe with lots of original art- the Botero and LOVE sculptures out front attract lots of photo takers, from casual tourists to wedding parties. The staff was friendly and helpful- gave us some good sightseeing and nearby restaurant tips, including Kyo for Asian and 900 Pizzeria. The hotel is perfectly located for strolling the old city or taking the metro to further sights. Our room was very spacious, and bed was comfy- we highly recommend!

We traveled to Montreal with a few friends for a long weekend. The hotel was in a good location in Old Montreal. The artwork and the hotel were great. Our friends had repeated problems getting into their room as their key repeatedly would not work, each time they were forced to go down to the front desk to get new keys. After the second night of problems the hotel sent a maintenance person to check out reader. Which didn't take care of the problems. The manager tried to say it was our friends fault as the key had to be getting demagnetized by his credit card or phone. He did explain that he wasn't keeping it near them. It was funny, while we were checking out another couple came up to the desk and asked for new card as well, theirs didn't work. It was a nice hotel, but a very frustrating situation for our friend. The hotel did comp breakfasts which was nice, but I am sure my friend would have rather not dealt with the frustration of having to go back to the front desk each time he wanted to enter his room. Suggest if you have this type of problem ask for a different room. Our key was fine the entire trip. Perhaps some of their door readers need to be replaced.

Everything went well, I was satisfied with my room. It was very very quiet at night, which helped me sleep well. I think I fell asleep at 9h30 pm, which never happens to me. Would come back and recommend this hotel.

It was pure bliss thank you Was a great stay everyone was very nice

Very nice staff! Not the best location for restaurants or shopping.

Great location and nice clean building. Unique art which may or may not be appealing for some. Staff was great, especially the valet service. Room was large corner room...nicely decorated and big windows.
