A number of issues. First the safety locked is locked by pervious guests. Need to wait until Monday for a particular staff comes to unlock. Second the wifi is weak, disconnected irregular. Breakfast portion is small and with no choice at all.

Beautiful hotel. Stayed in the executive suite: very large washroom, comfortable bed, high ceiling, gorgeous large windows to see Montreal. Excellent location. Can walk most everywhere. Valet parking. Amazing staff. What more can I say?

Wonderful hotel & all of the stuff was super friendly. Room was very spacious with nice decor & comfy bed. Loved having breakfast & hanging out in a hotel lobby which had eclectic decorations. In addition hotel had a wonderful shop with variety of items for yourself or gifts. We loved it!

The room we were given was NOTHING like the photos. It felt like a scam… and they knew it. Nice people who work there so they refunded on night. Its a worn sort of cluttered hotel I would not stay here again.

The hotel was quaint, very much like a European hotel. Beware, there are many steps up to the front desk and very helpful young men to carry your luggage, but beware for anyone using a wheelchair or mobility device! All staff were helpful and they had a delightful bar for an evening drink and a fantastic croissant breakfast.
