What I like: 1) good area near subway, eateries and shops. 2) helpful front desk staff What I dislike: 1) soundproof of the room, the door is too close to the next room (especially the ones adjacent to each other)so every time when the next door neighbour opens and closes the door the noise impact is huge! This caused us to switch room on the next day! 2) in my 3-night stayed, no cleaning service in my room for day 3 after I switched room! 3) the hot breakfast is not the standard I expected for the price I paid, especially it’s under Marriott brand, very disappointed! 4) I can’t believe that for a hotel I paid over $135/night ….. there’s no hand cream provided in our room, I was told that I have to go down to get some inside the breakfast room where I can’t even find it…..that’s so ridiculous!

Wheres the parking?

After booking we got an email stating they had limited parking, upon arrival there are only 12 parking spaces!! I booked this hotel because it said they had parking. Staff was excellent, but wont stay there again

Definitely one of the best stays I’ve ever been in Quebec! The breakfast was amazing. The room was clean and quiet. Staff had been pretty friendly!

Check hot water temperature when you arrive.

The water of the shower was lukewarm at best. I could not verify afterward if they fixed the problem. Other than that, my stay was excellent. The breakfast, especially. Such a variety of foods (cereals, waffles, oatmeal, eggs, sausage and bacon. Even gluten-free bread. Thanks!) Staff was very polite and helpful.

The problem is there’s no wifi connection. They said they’ve sent an email about the problem but I didn’t receive one. They actually asked me if I still want to stay on our check-in but of course we have no choice but to stay.

Very friendly staff and rooms were clean, but no internet, the Netflix/TV Apps did not work, front door to the lobby was broken. It's a serviceable place to stay but not great.
