a little run down. though towels are large they were far from soft. Pillows were completely blah and formless. mattress worn, sinks in spots and not because it was soft. Carpet worn. Lack of lights made the room dark and dreary. Felt dated.

Located centrally to old Montreal and downtown. Access to the Montreal underground.

Centrally located hotel in downtown Montreal near Notre Dame and the old city. Clean, comfortable and great breakfast. A cut above.

The hotel has a great location near Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Montreal. It is also close to the metro station. The room looked to be recently renovated.

I went for easter weekend. It was a great experience. The hotel is very luxurious. It was a little pricey but based on the location, i guess it was okay. The pool had a bit too much clorox and not the best cleanliness. The parking was a bit pricey too, for three days without moving your car it was a total of $75. I would suggest using their parking although it was expensive because there is no parking in the street, its only meter parking. The breakfast promotion is a little expensive for just regular bagels and cereal, even though its buffet style.

The best part about this hotel is it’s location. Close to Old Montreal and above the Metro with access to the Underground City! We were wondering why we were the only people on the sidewalks in freezing weather!

we reserved a room with breakfast, upon finishing breakfast we were told we need a voucher, we were never given vouchers. I went to the front desk and was told i will be forfeiting breakfast to the price of $50 for a disgusting buffet, service was lacking all around, room service was non-existent, I went to the bar to get food and was told I am not allowed to take the food to the room, 3 hours later room service called to see if we still wanted food. The all around staff seems very unhappy and the hotel did nothing to make up for anything. also the girl to make up the room bangs on your door at 830am, who wants to get up and out that early while on vacation??

Great view of the river and old city. The room was fairly comfortable and had nice amenities.

Extremely helpful staff. Hotel is within walking distance to Old Montreal and all of its attractions, restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend The Intercontinental. Priced much lower than the nearby boutique hotels

Walking distance from old Montreal, museums, wharf and shopping/restaurants

First we got very worried when we checked in bec they cannot find our reservations, booking etc. The front desk clerk have to do a lot of research and finally called Orbitz where we booked our flight and hotel. At the same time we also called Orbitz to verify if they booked our hotel. After hotel talked to Orbitz they finally gave us a room. Dont know who made the mistake if the hotel or orbitz. So worried we thought we dont have a place to stay and sleep on the streets. But both companies are helpful and have a very good customer service. We really appreciated that. Anyway we had a wondetful stay especially the staff very helpful and nice.

We had a great time, the room was spacious with plenty of room for two people. Gerry the concierge was helpful and kind with great recommendations

The room was ok . Nothing special. Little outdated and stinky. Maybe we won’t visit again

Localisation et qualité de l’hébergement. J’ai aussi eu un surclassement gratuit.
