Awesome spot on plateau Mont Royal. We wished we had stayed here the first few days were in Montreal instead of the old quarter. The staff was so nice. There is a tourism program from the university imbedded in hotel, they could not have been more helpful. The rooms we're great ..stayed on 8th floor with great views of the city. I highly recommend.it..walking distance to coolest neighborhoods. We rented bikes across street everyday. Fiad, at front desk was great to chat with.

parking confusion

Parking confusion. Functioning and tarification of the parking garage turned out to be unclear. We received a ticket at the desk which was supposedly allowed us to park. We couldn't get the machine to read the ticket. So we used a credit card. Then, when leaving, we had trouble using the card. Couldn't get the gate to open. We almost got charged by the hotel and the garage operator. In fairness, it turns out that the garage is operated by the city, not the ITHQ. Stressful.
