Terrible parking

No parking on site and the one right next to the campus is terrible. None of the parking machines work and it looks like an abandoned construction site.

I stayed for six days, never have anyone come in to clean the room. Dust on the floor, hair in bathtub etc. that I have to do it myself. Towels never changed, that you have to go to the reception area to ask for them. Terrible! More to it, I did extended for two extra days, my bed sheet never got changed either.

Location excellent. Breakfast is good but the cafeteria was VERY crowded with no available tables. You are not allowed to take dishes out of the breakfast room, so we missed breakfast a couple of days. It appears the reason why is they were providing breakfast to youth athletic teams that were staying in the hotel around the corner. One morning we saw at LEAST forty kids walk out of their hotel and file into our hotel. The bathroom tub did not drain properly so you had to stand in a tub of water when showering. In the second room we booked the bathtub faucet diverter wasn't working properly so again, a tub of water while only getting a trickle of water for your shower. I reported the issues but they were not fixed during our stay. You need key cards to come into the building and to leave the building. My son left with his key card and when checking out they charged us $34. I understand key cards are not cheap, but I thought it a little unreasonable that they would let me return it and then be refunded. Especially given the substandard conditions of the bathrooms during our 4 night stay and the purposeful overcrowding.

It was clean enough, I just took one star out because I have a very high standard in cleaners. Morning breakfast was great. If you are to visit with your children, this place would be a great choice for you.
