This hotel was centrally located with convenient parking. The hotel was very clean and modern.

Rooms are small and it smelled badly. Location is OK but there were barely any outlets in the room. Hardly any were working too.

The hotel is centrally. Located. But The parking is 3 blocks away..

I was a little nervous booking this hotel, because although there are some great reviews, there are also many bad ones. I rolled the dice, booked it, and decided to write an unbiased review of my two night stay in July 2019. All in all, if you're looking for an affordable hotel that is walking distance to Downtown Montreal, this hotel is great. They offer self parking for $25 per night. Check in was very smooth and I was parked and checked in in under 10 minutes after arrival. The room is clean, but not modern by any means. If you're expecting the Four Seasons, you'll be disappointed, but its not bad for the price. The beds were comfortable, the blinds are black out, and the windows didn't let in a single sound from the construction site below. All in all, the hotel isnt bad at all. The few things I did notice is that: the bathroom door didn't lock, the TV has virtually no English channels other than CNN, and the Wi-Fi is SO BAD. My husband and I aren't from Canada and rely on Wi-Fi heavily when traveling internationally. We had Wi-Fi about 10% of the time when in our room, and only about 50% of the time when in the lobby. If you rely on Wi-Fi to make calls when abroad, that is definitely something to consider. All in all, the bedding and bathroom were clean, so in reality, that's all one can ask for. The two people who worked the front desk were incredibly nice and very helpful. There was always hot water, the walls aren't paper-thin, and there's a restaurant on premises

the property is near downtown, and Chinatown that is great for walking distance.

The WiFi quality is awful. You have to stand next to the room door only to have it function very slowly, otherwise no coverage. Computer that was in lobbyy from when it was Days Inn is also gone Only one ice machine on the 2nd floor and it is well hidden. Restaurant off the lobby is gone . what replaced it is usually closed.

The internet rarely worked, workout room was a storage room, there were 4 tv channels in French and no movies, and I was quoted one price and charged 50% more. I won’t be back. The staff also didn’t seem to care much.

Bad staff, old property and they gave us a wrong room.

It took too long to do check-in they would not let us check into our rooms until exactly at 4 PM This was very frustrating to many of the guests that were meandering around the lobby waiting for the room and it was an excruciatingly slow process most hotels let you in your room usually by 1 o’clock or so most of the maids have the rooms done

The room was larger than expected. Water pressure and temp. was great. Elevators worked. However, mini fridge was not working and never did even after a visit from a repairman. Phone not plugged in and no plug to be found. Bathroom door sounded like a haunted house. Restaurant on site was closed whenever we needed it. Desk service was appallingly rude, and not very knowledgeble about the sightseeing tours available. We had to call and find out for ourselves that a tour offered hotel pickup by shuttle. The last clerk at 5 AM when we departed for airport on May 20th, was very helpful. Since the phone was not working, he came up to our door and knocked for our wake up call. He was the best experience of our stay. Overall not the worse stay nor the best.

I don’t know how this place has any good reviews. It felt unclean and in need of repairs.

The picture shown is not the actual property. It was no amenities at all. They didn't clean the room well and they didn't put the right amount of towels in the room or either they didn't have towels at all. Some of the cabinets didn't work and the dresser next to our bed didn't work. The wi-fi was awful, sometimes you would have a connection and for the most part the signal was very weak. They told us the restaurant would be open yet it didn't open until the end of our trip. We were there for 10 days and 9 nights. We choose this hotel because of the rating and the pictures on the site yet what we got was very disappointing. The only thing that we liked was the location. I would NOT recommend this hotel. Also the building was under construction yet we were not informed of this.

The location was excellent. However, the parking spot is two blocks away from the property, the room cleanliness was questionable, the front desk was understaffed and the bed was uncomfortable.

The staff was amazing! But in order to check-in I had to wait in line for 15-20 mins. Also, the room condition was awful, it felt like I was in 1960s Hotel Nightmare. The room had bad smell to it along with bed sheets were ripped and couches were old dirty filthy. I would never ever visit back here again. I would definitely recommend staying away from it.

Like a crappy motel ... and there are absolutely no amenities.

The hotel staff was the worst that I have ever come in contact with. They have absolutely no sense of customer service and are very argumentative. They completely ruined my experience.

Bus route to airport. Clean rooms. Quiet and friendly staff.

Close to the Metro. If you are going to the Palais des Congrès de Montréal and don't want to spend a ton, this is a good place to stay.

Dear guest, Thank you for being a loyal guest to our property and for taking the time to share your thoughts. We are sincerely sorry to see that your stay was not as expected, and we understand your dissatisfaction. A technician is coming in the next week to do a full verification of the wifi, since it seems to be slow when the hotel is full. Our restaurant is closing since it is going to be a new owner to offer you a better service. Again, our team sincerely apologize about the issues there was during your stay. Dear guest, Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to write a review. We are sorry if we were not able to provide a early check in for you during your recent stay with us. Unfortunately, on busy days, especially when we are full the day before, it is more difficult for us to grant early check ins to our guest even if we would love to do so. We wish you the best of luck in your travels.
