A bit disappointing. Staff was not friendly, room was clean and just ok. The area was a bit sketchy with a lot of homelessness around.
The hotel was nothing like t e pictures. This is a fraud listing. We left as my family got sick from all the smoke. I request you to do the right thing and please refund my money.
At the front desk, there was a very friendly woman, it there was also a man who on at least 2 occasions I heard having a loud, heated discussion with a guest. He just set a really bad tone. I know this place is only 3 stars, but that doesn’t mean staff should be that argumentative with guests. Also, as I was waiting in line, people were trying to side in ahead of me to ask questions. That speaks more to the guests and their lack of manners, but the staff could have spoken up and said she’s next, please wait. I had to put my hand up and literally tell a guest who tried to slide in front of me “it’s my turn, you can wait in line like everyone else.” I was also disappointed because on the website there were at least 2 pictures of rooms with bathrooms that had bathtubs, and mine did not. Other than that, this place is what I would have expected from a budget-y hotel. The room itself was big and the bed was comfortable though. And it was close to some attractions and metro stops.

Good location
The only thing I like in this hotel is the bathroom and the location in Downtown Montreal. Everything else is horrible. During the pandemic and cleanleness is a most. It was not clean. I found masks from previous residents in the room's drawer. One drawer was broken. The bed sheeting was ripped. Thick layer of dust on top of lamps. The system to enter your vehicle to the underground garage was not working. I asked them to fix the drawer that keeps sticking out every time you close it and my 2 yrs old daughter keeps getting hurt from pounding on the drawer. I told them to fix it and they did nothing. This is my room, my friends room who was under my name as well was even worse. They found blood stain on the bed sheets. When they called the office. They changed their room right away. The worse hotel experience of my life. I do not recommend this hotel to no one.
They let me check in early. The toilets looked like they hadn’t been clean the inside bowl in months. The refrigerator and one of the lamps did not work. Had to unscrew one of the bulbs from the night stand lamp to have light at the desk.
My experience at this hotel is not good. The staff don’t care about your problems. They have no wifi and when asked to fix the wifi, the phone was hung up on me several times and lied that someone will attend my room to look at the problem. I will not be going back to this hotel.
This hotel was centrally located with convenient parking. The hotel was very clean and modern.
Rooms are small and it smelled badly. Location is OK but there were barely any outlets in the room. Hardly any were working too.
The hotel is centrally. Located. But The parking is 3 blocks away..
I was a little nervous booking this hotel, because although there are some great reviews, there are also many bad ones. I rolled the dice, booked it, and decided to write an unbiased review of my two night stay in July 2019. All in all, if you're looking for an affordable hotel that is walking distance to Downtown Montreal, this hotel is great. They offer self parking for $25 per night. Check in was very smooth and I was parked and checked in in under 10 minutes after arrival. The room is clean, but not modern by any means. If you're expecting the Four Seasons, you'll be disappointed, but its not bad for the price. The beds were comfortable, the blinds are black out, and the windows didn't let in a single sound from the construction site below. All in all, the hotel isnt bad at all. The few things I did notice is that: the bathroom door didn't lock, the TV has virtually no English channels other than CNN, and the Wi-Fi is SO BAD. My husband and I aren't from Canada and rely on Wi-Fi heavily when traveling internationally. We had Wi-Fi about 10% of the time when in our room, and only about 50% of the time when in the lobby. If you rely on Wi-Fi to make calls when abroad, that is definitely something to consider. All in all, the bedding and bathroom were clean, so in reality, that's all one can ask for. The two people who worked the front desk were incredibly nice and very helpful. There was always hot water, the walls aren't paper-thin, and there's a restaurant on premises
the property is near downtown, and Chinatown that is great for walking distance.
The WiFi quality is awful. You have to stand next to the room door only to have it function very slowly, otherwise no coverage. Computer that was in lobbyy from when it was Days Inn is also gone Only one ice machine on the 2nd floor and it is well hidden. Restaurant off the lobby is gone . what replaced it is usually closed.
location is excellent
It's convenient if you want to go to the Theatre District or the Convention Centre.
Bus route to airport. Clean rooms. Quiet and friendly staff.
Close to the Metro. If you are going to the Palais des Congrès de Montréal and don't want to spend a ton, this is a good place to stay.
