The night staff at the reception is really good. However, the morning male staff named Angel’s customer service was so bad. He called me and started arguing with me about some hidden charges which was a case of misinformation and miscommunication between the staff itself. However, he started blaming me for it without even talking to the night staff. He wasn’t ready to listen to what i was saying and wouldn’t let me even finish and started yelling at me for no reason. Then when i asked him to talk to the manager, he told me i could only talk to the manager on monday and still have to pay the extra charges which i wasn’t told about. Then i suggested he talks to the previous night staff about the confusion and he hung up on me so rudely without even apologizing for his behaviour. He ruined my whole stay and my mood for the day and didn’t even bother apologizing for it.

Room was in good condition, smelt overwhelmingly like pinesol. Esp ially for only having like 15 tiles and rhe rest is carpeted. Reception was a mightmare. Tje receptionist was cold and didnt listen to my answers. Kept asking me for the credit card and o kept repeating i dont have the one on file. they should update their google photos to reflect on how it really looks. Not the best part of town to stay in to start with so lots of sirens, no restaurant open. Elevators to be taken at your own risk. Chrome it certainly was. Gold it was not.
