Great hotel, best location but no room service.
Great hotel; clean, nice rooms, modern, nice location. No room services is a bit annoying. Fridg empty in the room. Can’t get a drink at night since fridg is empty (no pay as you go stuff). Not even milk cups for coffee.

You cannot beat the location of this hotel. With the beautiful Plains of Abraham on one side and the gates to Old Quebec on the other, you can walk and sightsee to your heart's content. Plenty of dining options around as well. We parked our car in the parking garage and never had to take it out until we left. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Hotel Chateau Laurier!

We paid extra to have a third person in our room but only received glasses cups and coffee for two. When the room was supposed to be cleaned the next day there was glasses left with water in them not removed or replaced. The floors weren’t cleaned at the door and toilet paper not restocked. No clean glasses replace I guess we were suppose to use the ones with water in them that they left instead of taking them and giving us new ones. Other than that the hotel was beautiful and clean. Just the issue with the cleaning service not sure why we pain extra? Thank you Florence Card
