This hotel is gorgeous. The area is super close to a lot of things. You do have to drive to them, but many choices. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room was massive, and the gym and spa were very nice. We would 100 percent come back to stay here.

The property is nicely set back from the street so it’s quiet. Room is nice and spacious and clean. I would stay here again if I don’t need to be right in the city. Warm cookies at check in was a nice surprise. Bottle of water in the room would be nice. I had to buy a bottle from the front desk for $3

The staff was excellent. They were very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and the other guests were all well behaved. The location was good, too. Driving to the city was rather simple and we did not really find much traffic. The only complaint would be about the restaurant. It was rather expensive, but the quality of the food or its preparation did not match the price. It was better and cheaper to bring food from the city.

Ok hotel

Nice hotel, quiet location, easy access with free parking, but no service in walking distance. Air conditioning units are ild and very noisy (around 58 decibels). Need to be updated with quiet units. Pillows should also be replaced with a choice of more comfortable ones of different sizes.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent experience. Due to an unexpected emergency, my partner was hospitalized and at the same time, our car was stolen. It was an incredibly difficult situation, completely out of our control. We reached out multiple times to explain the situation and kindly requested to either reschedule the dates or receive at least a partial refund. Unfortunately, not only was our request to change the dates denied, but no credit or refund was offered at all. Given the circumstances, this decision felt very unfair and unsympathetic. This was an emergency, and we believe a bit more understanding and flexibility could have gone a long way.

Pros- Beautiful location, outdoor spa and sauna, restaurant food (lobster roll, burger, breakfast), patio with fire pit, view of golf course, quick drive to city, rooms so new and clean, bed very comfortable, bathrooms and products, welcome cookie. Con- nothing walkable around you - if that matters to you. You’ll need a car. Wasn’t an issue for us.

Very nice hotel 20 minutes north of Old Quebec

Enjoyed our stay here at this hotel. Very friendly service, clean with nice amenities. A 20 minute drive from to downtown Old Quebec. Enjoy the breakfast each morning and the ample parking.
