Construction and homeless situation very upsetting
The apartment was okay, not overly clean. The noise level outside was dreadful, due to construction. The neighborhood was sketchy and it was where the homeless congregated, which was very sad and upsetting. We would not go back

Great Location
This is a brand new building and a gorgeous 1 bedroom condo with king size super comfy bed and a sofa that is super comfy for 1 person. It is well equipped overall but few things such as large size bowls, grater, kitchen towels, rags etc were missing which is only imp if you cook otherwise not an issue. Kitchen has lots of plates and pans and pots and great knives! However, we found cups and plates dirty with food. I took photos and sent to property manager. Their is construction still ongoing in front of building and at entrance so it gets noisy early in morning and parking is a challenge. Location is great and old quebec is walking distance and there are coffee shops, resturant and groceries a block away. Overall, a great stay!
