After checking in, we drove the car to the underground parking, which resembled the Batcave—dimly lit, cloaked in darkness, and coated in a thick layer of dust. The lights turned on as you moved forward. The elevator to the lobby was slow to arrive, and when it finally did, we got in, only for the doors to close and the elevator to sit idle for what felt like a few minutes before starting up. If you have issues with elevators, the stairs might be a better option. When we reached our room and opened the door, we were surprised to find that the beds were unmade, and there were bags inside—clearly, the room was already occupied. We returned to the reception desk, explained the situation, and received an apology. The staff upgraded us to a higher floor as compensation. The new room was thankfully unoccupied when we entered. While the floors and furniture appeared newer, the ceilings had visible water damage, and the bathroom was in poor condition. The bathtub and toilet seat were old and worn out. One of the bedspreads was also dirty, adding to the disappointment. Based on our earlier experience, I decided to use the deadbolt lock, only to find that it was broken. Had it not been 7:30 PM on a Saturday night, and if we hadn’t just driven 10 hours with plans to stay for only one night, I would have definitely asked for a refund and sought alternative accommodations. This property is in a good location but needs significant renovations. I wouldn’t stay hre again.

Beautiful view of Plains of Abraham

I exoected the restaurant to be open most of the day- not the case. The pool was closed for renovations. Would have been nice to know upon booking. The car level smells like weed and pee. Despite all that, i would stay there again. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean.

When I checked online for the Hotel Concorde, it said nothing about the pool being closed, then I received a text saying the pool was closed, because it was a last minute booking, I decided to take it anyway, knowing they bave two hottubs as well, I got there Friday evening, The room smelt like must .no light by the bed for reading, it was broken with electrical hanging out. No garbage bags in the cans. But it did bave a nice view. The bathtub was dirty with a ring around it. ... to top it off Saturday morning we decided to hit the hot tubs before breakfast.. The hot tubs were closed as well. My children were upset, me too. I felt lied to. So I packed up all my stuff and asked for a refund. They refused. I am trying to contact the manager.

Not our first time at the Concorde. Some floors are renovated but not the one we were on. Need some renovations specially at the bathroom level. What we mainly like there is the perfect location in Quebec.
