A simple but comfortable room. Very quiet and clean. The hotel is conviniently located in downtown, 15 minute walk to Old Quebec.
When we arrived at the hotel at 7:15PM before the front desk staff leaves for the day (8PM), they were actually already gone for the day. There was no phone call to us, but a sign left at the front desk that was pretty ambiguous and an emergency phone number that rang at the desk. So if there was an actual emergency, who would answer? We managed to get in our rooms after looking at our email and realizing that the keys were in a lockbox outside of our rooms, near the floor. Thank goodness we are young and can get on the floor to get our key. On the way out the next morning, one of the people in our party fell down the stairs by the front door as there is no hand rail. We were told that the rail was supposed to be installed the previous week. Their lack of concern for the injury that was sustained was disheartening. The cleaning staff left my room door ajar on day 2. (It had to be pulled shut pretty hard to stick) It was a clean place, and the location was very central to everything that we needed.

Hello, We want to thank you for your review! There is a member of our staff till 9pm. They can move in the Hôtel to assist guests. The telephone service is 24h. We configured the telephone to ring in multiple office at the same time. There is always someone to anwer the line. We are really sorry about the incident in the stair.
