The hotel was located close to everything in Upper Quebec, and the staff was most helpful in every way. We loved the lounge where we could get fancy complementary coffees all day and night. It is a lovely place to stay while visiting Quebec City.

We were NOT able to leave and store our luggage prior to check in as they said that they were too full of luggage from other tenants. Getting off the cruise ship in the morning on a rainy day and having nowhere to safely store our luggage destroyed our one day in Quebec City. We were allowed to sit in the reception area, but it seemed like they could have easily created space to allow us to leave our luggage while we explored the city.

Fabulous location a block from the Chateau Frontenac facing the river and the boardwalk. The desk staff was wonderful with great suggestions. Room cleaning was lacking. We had 4 rooms and 2 of them never had maid service. My sister had to ask for fresh towrls at the desk.

Amazing stay, highly recommend

5star stay! Check in/out was a breeze. Hotel was charming and easy to find. Location was the best part - walking distance from pretty much everything. Situated right beside chateau frontenac. Room was clean and well equiped. Bed was very comfy - nobody woke up sore. Air conditioning was cold - shower was hot. TV worked. We had no issues. Parking was 22$ per day which i thought reasonable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel gym was decent. We didnt get to take advantage of the roof top terrace or jacuzzi but they looked awesome. Would definitely book again if visiting the area.

Excellent little boutique hotel across from a cute, peaceful park and the Dufferin Terrase boardwalk. Very walkable and central location. Hotel has a hot tub and a relaxing lounge with games, TVs, books, and a complimentary espresso machine. Felt authentic, not touristy. Very clean and facilities in working order. Rooms have wonderful air conditioning. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Clean and safe hotel. Located very close to the the city center. Walkable to all the attractions. Only little bit of minus point is that there is no drinking water available after 1130 in the night. So you better have water available in the room.

The property is in a wonderful location fro exploring and enjoying Old Quebec, The room was larger than expected and had been recently renovated. The staff was excellent. The included breakfast was acceptable at best. Would definately stay here again.

Excellent location. Very close to restaurants, tourist information centre, Governor’s Promenade, Hotel Chateau Frontenac, Hop-on Hop-off tour bus and other bus tours. Hotel room was very clean and spacious with spacious shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful and stored our luggage before and after checkout. Hotel was modern and had elevator. Buffet breakfast was good and was economical at $15 per person. Was sorry we did not bring swimsuits for the jacuzzi hot tub as it would have been great after all day walking and sightseeing! The rooftop terrace was nice although it could use a little TLC. Would definitely stay here again!
