The hotel is very reasonable in price given the high quality lobby and renovated rooms . The location is ok you will need to take a taxi or drive to reach the resto or club area. Not too far . The staff were very nice and the breakfast was just right . We were there for a hockey tourney. parking was easy and free I recommend it as long as you are comfortable with a drive to get to tourist destinations

good basic hotel ... breakfast was $11.95 for a good basic buffet. Room was clean ..bathroom was unique in a good way ... Central to getting around. Exercise room is 3 aerobic machines and some hand weights ...pool was out for service ... Staff spoke English well and was helpful ... a few options to eat within walking distance.

My girlfriend and I visited Quebec City for the first time this week-end and we loved it. Our room was newly renovated, very clean, and comfortable. The staff were great and helpful as well! The free coffee was a great for early mornings too!

We (2 adults, 1 baby) stayed for two nights. Check In was smooth, we got an upgrade which we had to decline because we needed a room with a bathtub, front desk arranged that for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in walking distance to a huge shopping mall where you can buy everything you need while travelling. To get to the city you can take a number of busses that leave in front of the hotel, very convinient. The room was clean, spacious and big enough, the bathroom was nice and clean. Beds are very comfortable. The Poolarea was also very nice! We definitly recomend this hotel, if we get to Quebec again we will return!

Hotel is nice and modern. Stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms which was great. The pillows were uncomfortable on the bed and towels in the bathroom were quite small. Room was very spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful with parking directions.

This hotel offers nice large rooms and their lobby is luxurious. The personnel is friendly and professional. The free Internet is very good, fast and reliable. On the negative side; our room (433) was close to the elevators and I'm not sure if that cause a wind noise, but in that room there is some noise that sounds like a strong wing thought it was windy that day. It might be caused by the elevator displacing air. Anyway, it's annoying. Also, our room had quite a strong smell of glue or paint. It was probably recently renovated, but it does need to be aired out. Also, they did not provide a checkout statement during the night, so in the morning you have to check out yourself at the front desk. I don't think I've seen this in the last 10 years. But, at this hotel they don't check you out themselves although I'm a Choice Hotel member and so they have all the information they need on me. I didn't go to the downstairs restaurant, so I can't comment on that. Overall, a nice hotel and a fair price.

We stayed at this nicely appointed hotel with our family and school group. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the decor and amenities for a hotel at this rate. The decor is modern and clean and the hotel must have been renovated/built recently as everything seems quite new. Glass and tile showers, nice laminate floors, flatscreen, remote controlled lighting and lots of USB chargers gave the room the feel of a fancier establishment. The wifi was strong and fast and the pool area is nice. The location is good for access to the highway and downtown by car/bus, but is not the place for sightseeing/walking from your door (which is great when you are supervising a group of high schoolers you want to stay put). If you are traveling by car and want a well-appointed hotel for a good price this is a great find. If the coffee options on site or close by were better I would have rated it a 5.

This is a very easy hotel to get to and is quite well located for drives around the city for sightseeing and such. The hotel has a beautiful, stylish lobby and the rooms are nicely appointed and decorated. There is some parking in front with the rest out back. We were there in winter and the parking was very icy and slippery. Otherwise, the hotel has competent and friendly staff, good amenities (e.g., pool, meeting rooms), and is clean and welcoming. However, this is our second time there and rooms were not ready both times. Staff should always offer to take our luggage (we had to bring them back to the car) and I suggest that some cookies and coffee be available since a long wait is imposed on guests. Otherwise, this is a good hotel: clean, comfortable, modern, affordable and well-located near roads and shopping.

Will return if in Quebec city again. Our party of two couples stayed here prior to departing on a two week cruise. Check in staff were friendly and efficient. Room was very clean and large. Beds were very comfortable and had a good sleep which was appreciated as we had just arrived from Ottawa by train. There is an independent Italian restaurant in the same complex which has great supper and breakfast selections. Note: If travelling by train there is a station stop at Sainte Foy just a short cab ride to the hotel. G & D

Stayed over the weekend with the kids, very nice and clean hotel. Beds are comfy and service is great, however the only negative side of this hotel was the temperature of the pool, water is a little cold to be able to enjoy it, even the kids had a hard time enjoying it. They stayed in for like 5 - 10 minutes and wanted to come out. All i know is, this is is not the first hotel in Quebec city, that keeps their water cool.
