First trip to Quebec

Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The location was a little sketchy but unlike the states no one approached us in a negative way. Definitely glad we had our car to see the wonderful places that Quebec city has to offer.

The location was great and the rooms were very nice. Close enough to Old Quebec to walk, and to the via rail station. An assortment of shops on Blvd Charest. No complaints. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel doesn’t have free parking. The area appears to be located in a less affluent area. Otherwise, super clean facilities, beautiful hotel, adjacent restaurant Mika, is excellent.

The room was very clean and spacious. The gentleman at the reception ( his name was Brannon or Brandon) was amazingly helpful. The hotel is located 30 mins walk from old Quebec which was pretty convenient. I would stay again

We had a wonderful stay and an overall great experience at the hotel. The staff who assisted us during our check-in (I believe he was on night duty) was exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming. Unfortunately, I forgot his name, but his excellent service truly made a difference and set the tone for our stay. The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. The location was also perfect—just about a 15-minute drive to Quebec City, making it very convenient for exploring. Thank you for the warm hospitality—we’ll definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again!

The room was very clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. It’s a great place to stay for both short and long visits. The only small downside was the parking system, you need to call the reception each time to open the gate, which could be improved
