Un condo neuf, confortable et accueillant au cœur du centre-ville de Québec. Bien équipé et décoré avec goût dans un style industriel, notre condo possède tout le nécessaire pour un séjour réussi au coeur de Québec.

Le logement

L’immeuble :
L’Espace urbain se trouve au 3e étage d’un immeuble sécuritaire récemment construit avec une insonorisation supérieure, situé dans le quartier Nouvo St-Roch.

La cuisine :
Il possède une cuisine complète, incluant une table avec six places assises, un lave-vaisselle, équipée avec les bases dont vous aurez besoin pour cuisiner (huile, épices, sel et poivre, café, etc.).

Chambres à coucher et salon :
Le condo possède deux chambres comprenant chacune un lit Queen avec matelas hybride comme ceux utilisés à l’hôtel, des oreillers en duvet de canard, une couette en fibre ainsi que des draps en coton de bonne qualité. Notez qu'une des chambres n'est pas complètement fermée par un mur (voir photos).

Au salon, vous trouverez un divan-lit de grandeur double avec la même qualité d’oreillers, de couettes et de draps que la chambre. Un surmatelas en mousse mémoire est également disponible dans le garde-robe afin d'offrir plus de confort.

Salle de bain :
Une douche avec savon, shampoing et revitalisant de qualité (Vicky, votre hôte, est coiffeuse !). Laveuse et sécheuse disponibles également.

Une télévision intelligente sur laquelle vous pourrez accéder à tous vos services de streaming en ligne (abonnements requis).

Vous aurez accès à l’entièreté du condo ainsi que son balcon à vous seul .

Vous partagerez la salle de gym, la terrasse sur le toit ainsi que ses BBQ avec les autres usagés de l’immeuble. Profitez s’en pour prendre l’apéro ou cuisiner tout en faisant de nouvelles connaissances :). Notez que la terrasse est fermée pour la période hivernale .

Cependant, étant en plein centre-ville, il est possible d’entendre occasionnellement des bruits urbains tels que des klaxons ou des sirènes d’urgence. Malgré l’insonorisation de haute qualité de notre immeuble et l’ajout de rideaux acoustiques, un peu de bruit peut parfois se faire entendre.

Nous voulons que vous soyez pleinement informé pour que votre séjour soit agréable. Si vous pensez que ce détail pourrait influencer votre expérience, nous vous conseillons de considérer un logement en dehors du centre-ville. Sinon, nous sommes convaincus que vous apprécierez pleinement votre séjour chez nous, au cœur de l’effervescence de Québec.


- Le condo fait partie d’une copropriété qui accorde une grande importance au respect et à la quiétude de ses occupants. C’est pourquoi aucun party et bruits excessifs après 22 heures n’est permis. Ceci-dit , avec tous les restaurants et les bars situés à quelques pas du condo, ce n’est pas les endroits qui vous manquerons pour faire la fête !

Tommy was very responsive and the listing had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to most places, but the on-site parking was convenient for when we needed to drive to a few locations. The apartment slept 4 adults (2 queens) and two kids (pull out couch) comfortably. It was clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.
