Excellent staff was helpful at every turn!! Front desk and concierge staff amazing with a knowledgeable enthusiasm to share their city. Bar staff, housekeeping, and even the valet incredibly friendly and accommodating. Great location to everything in old Quebec City!! My wife and I will definitely return to this hotel! Before or after spending time in the city, definitely go see the waterfall!

Location is very convenient to most attractions. Breakfast is limited continental for those familiar to standard US Marriotts. Staff is very friendly, English fluent. Short walk to several good eating options along main city road.
This was my first experience in Canada and it was a wonderful one. The hotel was very nice and suited my needs during my travels very well. The hotel has a restaurant, small bar, lounging areas and is in easy walking distance from the Old Quebec area of the city. Staff were probably the best thing about the hotel. All staff were very friendly and understanding of non French speaking visitors. The concierge staff member that worked during the week while staying was truly wonderful. I would return for a future visit. My only issue for travelers was no free Wi-Fi in the rooms, it was a paid service. Free Wi-Fi was an option in the lobby but one would have to sit down there to use the connection.
Although short, we had a pleasant stay. Totally predictable.

We had the most beautiful hotel room ever. Everyone was wonderful. It was the perfect place to stay in Quebec City walking distance to everywhere. Loved the hotel.
The hotel was reasonably priced and is situated right outside the St. Jean gate. You can easily walk to almost anywhere in the old city. The room was small and the only window looked out into a window well (no view). This is my only complaint. The room was recently redone and very clean. The public areas of the hotel also looked recently redone in a very modern, chic style. The best part of our stay was the staff. They were wonderful. Responsive to our requests, anticipating our needs and cheerful throughout. They were conversant in French (my wife is Qubequois) and in English. The concierges had good knowledge of the area and were very helpful. We intend to stay here again.
Inspite of making payment on 07/17of $1,709. Mariott blocked my card for $1,384. They said the amount would go away. but it appeared on my credit card on 08/21. Poor process by Marriott.
