Worst hotel i ever stayed in. Leaking washroom. Noisy fan. Room was clean and staff was excellent. She changed my room after one night. Fridge was leaking we complaint no one came to fix it. Very bad stay not suitable for kids. Parking lot is mess. Potholes all over. Property is very poorly maintained.

Hotel is nice enough. Reasonable for the price. Pool area is very nice, lots of tables and sitting areas to enjoy. Rooms are in average condition. Bathroom needs a little TLC, but it was very clean. Rooms are nice and large and ours didn’t have carpet which was a big plus. The whole place smells nice, not a chemical or artificial smell, just clean. Would stay here again as a stopover during a trip.

We needed a place to stay for 1 night and this hotel checked off all of the boxes on paper. When we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly agent. We were given a room on the 1st floor, however when we got to the room, the fan from the heater was unbearably loud. I went to the desk and asked if we could be placed into another room. We were given a second on on the 2nd floor without any problem. The room was spacious and from the first glance, looked like it was updated slightly, however the finer details were really missing. The floor lamp was leaning against the wall and was broken, the shower faucets came off of the wall etc. The bed was in need of replacement for sure. A little more attention to the rooms would serve this hotel well. This hotel was in a close 5-10 minute drive to Old Quebec where we went for dinner that night. The front desk agent was helpful in suggesting us go there, as nothing to rave about was in closer proximity.

As a family we enjoyed our stay. a nice place for kids. They liked the pool. Near the hotel there are wide variety of restaurants. it is very close to old Quebec and 25 minutes far from Bora parc. The service is good. good for the price and very convenient.

Either you get the view of the parking lot, or, if you are lucky enough, you get a room with a balcony to the indoor pool. The pool area is really nice. I highly recommend it for families. If you are a couple looking for some quiet time, do not book at this hotel.

We arrived at the hotel and expected just an economy room---we were updated to a deluxe suite---We felt right at home---Living room and dining area were included with our package. Bathroom was excellent as well---nice shower that had a door that closes so water willl not drip out. After walking around all day we could come to our room and relax in a state of leisure. Would definiitely stay again. Three good restaurants within walking distance. Definittely an area that requires a car.

Rooms were dark and could use an upgrade. When I took a shower, water seemed to leak from the bottom part of the side of the bathtub, so the floor got wet. Definitely needs repairs. Location was in front of a Tim Hortons and near a McDonald’s and convenience store. Good for motorists I guess but not ideal for sightseeing.

We decided to go to Quebec City for a long weekend. As always I look at reviews before booking hotels. We decided to stay at the Hotel Ambassadeur et Suites. Great location and the staff we friendly. However I think it's time they purchase some new towels, maybe clean their bathrooms and beds that stay in place. There was Mould in the shower and the drain In the sink had a black ring. I sat on the bed towards the pillows and the bed was on wheels!!!! To top it off if I gave them a good review on Trip Advisory I would get a $10.00 rebate! This was advertised in the elevator as well as behind the main desk. I've always looked to Trip Advisory to assist me in finding good places to stay. This goes against everything I thought Trip Advisory stood for. Attached are pictures of the towels and the sign.

Nice clean rooms lots of room. Spacious bathrooms, no carpet in the room (such a nice perk), kids had a blast at the pool splash pad, and a room with a atrium balcony made for a nice little getaway for parents after bedtime!! Many restaurants nearby including a grill/bar and subway in the hotel!! And for all that, the hotel price is such a bargain. We will stay here every time!

Stayed here for the Thanksgiving weekend. Clean rooms and hotel and the staff are very friendly which makes for a nice stay. Hôtel is well situated with a good variety of restaurants within walking distance and close drive to old Quebec and the Monmorency falls. Would definitely stay here again.
