It's awesome. It's my first time to be in a hotel. So I was looking forward to staying here. It was great as expected. Great pool, nice staff, and cozy room. If i travel Quebec one more, I will stay here again

Restaurant food and service was good. The room was despicable, paper thin towels, fridge is sitting on the floor, the "work desk" has no power outlet. There is mould on the shower walls. The staff ( one person )in the restaurant in the was excellent and dealt well with the large tour breakfasts. The front desk staff are rude and obnoxious, should not be dealing with the public. Horrible at any price!

Arrived at 13hres30 we took a chance that our room would not be ready but it was.Nice employee at the desk, answered my questions and was very polite. The hotel is not far from the city and there is a boulevard that ruins directly into town.Room very clean.i would recommend this hotel. One thing that i love is that there is no carpet in the room which i hate rooms with carpets

we love it and the rooms wasn't expensive at all ... quebec city is so AMAZING in winter time to bad the hotel didn't provide us with breakfast and lunch but its ok. next time we are sure going back to the same hotel... wasn't far from the attractions either

This was a great hotel. It had the nicest indoor pool and seating area I have ever seen -- best ever. They do have a lifeguard and enforce the maximum swimmer limit in the evening but that was never an issue in the afternoon. The rooms were very clean and modern. The thermostats worked well -- climate control was perfect. The staff was very friendly and we easily added an extra day to our stay. Be prepared to give a $100 per room deposit. There is a restaurant in the building but the hotel shares a parking lot with Tim Horton's and Subway and McDonald's, St Hubert, Mike's Pizza, and others are across the street. Ample free parking. It is right off the main highway. It took 5 minutes to get to the main parking garage outside of the walls of the old city and the parking was only a few dollars per hour. This was a great spot for our family with 3 young kids and an elderly grandparent. We swam everyday. Short drive to and from the old city so we could go back to hotel to swim or nap or eat or change. The best part was it cost $91 US dollars including taxes in August! That was for a spacious 2 queen room with balcony over looking the pool. I will definitely be back.

I got a decent experience in this hotel, helpful bilingual staff, lot of fast food restaurant Tims' McD, Hubert,Cora nearby, 3 min walk to rapid transit Stn. Updated shower, wood floor. Ask for extra supplies the staffs are very helpful. With a indoor swimming pool with balcony from all floors. In theory you can bring some " wet" beverages to pool deck at night.View from the river.

Great pool. Relaxing. Everything nearby. Got an awesome massage at the hotel spa directly inside hotel near pool area. Great breakfast. Awesome staff. We stayed two nights and visisted old Quebec. The hotel is right near the highway, took 5 minutes by car to get to old Quebec without traffic. Would definitely come back

The Hotel is about 5 miles from Quebec, but you have an Bus stop just near the Hotel, that's bring you to the city. Our room hat moisture around the windows, so we ask to change to an other room. The Hotel has an very good restaurant, you have to try it and will love it.

Was dated but clean and hot tub makes the stay bearable as tourers have no private transport but catch-up sleep and local walks and wi-fi covered the time left time to try the local poutine which was an occasional experience

I stayed for two nights. The location is 2 miles outside of old Quebec. So no traffic or congestion. Your a mile from the falls in one direction and a 2 miles to the city. The rooms where updated and modern. The pool and the amenities were amazing and perfect for kids and adults. The pool and hot tub hit the spot after a few nights walking. The service at the front desk was speedy and very knowledgable. I would highly recommend staying here.
