My overall impression of the staff is that they are polite, courteous. I found the facility itself, however, to be a little dreary. For example, the door to the swimming pool would not open with the room key, so the lifeguard would have to come open it, but that took her away from watching the pool and the kids swimming. The elevator didn’t align with the floor, so it felt perilous getting on and off. I stopped riding in that one. The gym was small and run down, no towels. Even the internet signal would not work in our room, which was a big surprise for a four star hotel. Thankfully, Flora helped us, and if it were not for her, my review would be fewer stars. Positives: I like the kitchenette and dishwasher in the room, convenient location, nice balcony with the room, it’s quiet. This hotel is ideal for groups.

Modern, spacious & clean. Reasonable rates & 20 min bus ride to historic city centre. Two good restaurants on site. Small gym & pool. Shopping centre & Walmart across the street. Friendly & helpful front desk staff.

We stayed at the hotel in July as the music festival was starting. Hotel was clean and quiet and easy to get to. Lots of shopping options near by as well as restaurants. A little ways from Old Quebec but easy to get to.

We stayed here a week. The beds are supper hard. Asked for a topper or another room with different bed was told all the same. I went to Walmart and bought a foam mattress for it. Rooms are big and clean. Except our balcony was gross had to call maid up to clean it. We cancelled our last night there when we got there and still have not received a refund for it. They are giving me the run around about it. Located very close to everything.

Great hotel, large room with functioning balcony and chairs with a city view, micro wave, fridge and coffee maker. The king bed was extremely comfortable as were the selection of pillows. A large amply supplied bathroom which as per the main room was immaculately clean. We ate at the Cosmos restaurant next door one night which offered fish and chips! They were good but pricey. Across the road is the Laurier Shopping mall which included a Walmart, shopping there was ideal for using the in room cooking facilities. Beware the hotel is French speaking although the front desk staff can speak English if you admit defeat. They do have a super underground car park. Outside the hotel is a bus stop and for a fixed price of C$ 3:50 you can travel to Vieux Quebec on a #800 or 801 bus. It takes about 30 mins.

This hotel is good if you want to experience Quebec City, without staying too near the busy city centre. The room was spacious, airy, clean and had a balcony. Had good amenities such as a big microwave, air conditioning and fridge. However, beds are a bit hard. No breakfast and most of the ground floor smells really strongly of chlorine because of the pool. Also the decor of the hotel (expect for the rooms) was very dark, and I wasn’t really fan of this. HOWEVER the hotel is opposite a huge shopping mall with a Walmart etc, which was awesome. And you can catch the bus directly outside the hotel to the city, and it arrives every 5 mins and only takes 20 mins max to reach the city. Also, Cosmos (the restaurant next door) has a great selection of food for a fair price - burgers were very good :) Overall, I’d recommend for a quick stay in Quebec.

As a four-star hotel, this place does NOT offer: slippers, a clean room, a decent toothpaste, a valet, a fridge nor a heating system. Our room was not thoroughly clean, especially the bathroom. I paid 220$ and it was not definitely worth it. I have been to many hotels but this one was the most horrible experience ever. The room was ice cold. We asked for a heater since the heater didn’t work. Once the heating appliance was installed, the power fuse went off. We didn’t have enough blankets and most important of all, No SLIPPERS! Even a 1-star hotel offers slippers. On our arrival, we noticed that there was no fridge in the room. We called them and they offered us two free coupons for breakfast, although we were four so the rest of the family had to pay for themselves. By the way, we put our food on the balcony during the night. Not worth it!

We thought we were going to stay closer to the old city, but we were driving a large truck and parking was going to be valet and we were not comfortable with that. We searched for another property and found Hotel Classique. Price was within our budget. We were very pleased with the room, it was clean, bright and had a modern look to it. We stayed 2 nights and used the pool, it was warm and nice size. Front desk even helped to organize a tour for us to the Old City. We don't speak French and as soon as they knew we did not, they had no issues speaking in English to accommodate us. The only thing that kind of threw us was the hallways where our room was located was very dark, quite different when you entered the room though.

The hotel location is very nice, about 5 miles and accessible by two different buses with frequent departures from Old Quebec. There are a lot of good places to eat, as well as a mall, within walking distance from the hotel. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and it costs CAD 3.50 per person to take the bus into the old city. A taxi ride back from Old Quebec to the hotel cost us around CAD 20. Parking was in the basement, with a bit of tight corner from the main road to enter. Plenty of parking spaces there. There was also an atm in the lobby, very convenient. The room was a good size, with relatively new furniture. The mattress was a bit lumpy, but manageable. The air in our room had this subtle nice smell to it. I can’t describe it, but it was a pleasant smell. There must have been at least 10 electricity outlets throughout the room, which is nice. Plenty of drawers you can use to store your stuff. There were also a microwave and a small sink in the room right next to it. Some areas for improvement are: more lighting in the hallway could be added, better signage in the basement parking garage as well as for elevator stops. There was a lot of dark (black?) colors in the hallway (carpet, walls) but only one side of the hallway had lights. It was dark even during the day. It looked like the hotel shared its basement parking with other adjacent buildings, including another hotel next door. There was not enough visible signs in their basement parking facility informing guests where those individual exits led to. We took one of the exits only to find ourselves in the next door hotel. Now, let’s talk about the elevators. There were not enough signs indicating to those waiting for the elevators to know whether the arriving elevator was going up, or down. We were not the only ones confused because we saw other people entering the elevator thinking it was going in the direction they were heading, but ended up going for an elevator ride. Overall, it was a good hotel. You would get a good value for your money.

I have stayed here several times. It is a great location., and great value for the money. Close to the shopping centre. There is a great restaurant called Cosmo's next door. Great for sports teams as well.
