Great location!

Perfect location. Gentlemen who greeted us was lovely and so helpful. Rooms are a taste of old Quebec. Beautiful, stately, quirky and perfect. The bathroom could use a coat of paint and a good dust of the lights is needed. But truly that is minor, this is a perfect little hotel.

Bed mattress cover was filthy. Looked like there was a urine stain on it and it had hair all over it. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Would recommend umbrellas on rooftop patio. View is amazing and it’s close to everything. Bathroom was very small and bathroom sink was outside the bathroom however that didn’t impact our stay. I felt it added to the charm of the hotel.

For the real qubecois historical experience, this is the ideal spot! Just steps from the board walk, a stone's throw from Château Frontenac and within arm's reach of the Citadelle de Québec and only a short walk to the Place Royale. Spectaculaire!

What a find! The hotel is charming, clean, and right in the heart of old Quebec city. We stayed for a night prior to getting on a cruise. It's very convenient to get to the port.

Overall it's a good stay. The property is very old and the room was kept clean. Very close access to all old town restaurants. Area nearby is very lively with a lot of people hanging out on the streets. The hotel doesn't have any inhouse staff. Bathroom is very conjusted, but clean. The front desk closes by 6pm. But the check-in process was well coordinated by the front desk person, though we arrived after 6pm. Overall have a good experience.

Love the unique style of the hotel. The room we were staying was roomy with two queen beds and beautiful views from the windows. The location of the hotel is excellent: the hotel itself is quiet, but all popular areas are within short walking distance. Public transportation is not that accessible though. Taking a taxi or Uber would be easier to get to the airport.

The location was perfect! Quiet and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars. Our deluxe room was comfortable and a good size, very clean and, despite being at street level, very quiet all night! The character of the Manoir was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting out on the rooftop patio every evening for some downtime with a bottle of wine! The Plains of Abraham directly behind the block was a bonus as well!
