Arrogant staff — bad rooms — AC did not worked — reception staff asked to wait for 1 and half hour to repair the ac before giving new room. 1 st room was terrible, felt like cheap motel.. 2nd room was way better , felt renovated.. not a great option for the price but a decent hotel otherwise if u pay anything less than 200

Staff were excellent, answered all my questions. The pool amd restaurant were nice. Our room was at the end of the hotel, so hot water tooke awhile to come through the taps. Staff helped resolve this.

Not a problem caused by the hotel but heavy rebuild of main roadway beside hotel made it difficult to access and leave the hotel. Was not mentioned on Google maps or by the hotel website. Would stay there again however, lovely hotel and friendly staff, very up to date even though an older hotel.
