Stop in Old Quebec on way to New Brunswick

Very clean and well organized. Would have liked conditioner and coffee/tea. Shower was excellent, but only supplied shampoo and soap. Coffee maker but no coffee. Overall, it’s a great place. Overnight parking was easy to find, lots of scenic places to walk to, great location.

We left our ship early expecting to be able to leave our luggage and start sightseeing. Took a taxi to the place we had reserved. However, there is only one location with a reception. Took a taxi to that location to leave our luggage. They then sent us a code to enter our location. Returned to get our bags. They did call a taxi for us. Arrived, got in with the code, apartment was on the “1st F” 22 steps up. Thankfully, we packed light. We’re in our 70’s so not the best option for us. Will not book this place again. It was clean, warm, convenient to sightseeing and restaurants. The only reception we encountered was polite and helpful, but we prefer a reception and elevator on sight.

On aurait eu besoin d'une plus grosse poubelle et recyclage cette fois. Je trouvais la porte de chambre un peu sketch, jaurais aimé un 2e verou de l'interieur pour se barrer. A part ca super place ! On adore la cuisine et les espaces. Les emplacements sont toujours vraiment le fun aussi Merci Martin & Helen

Very difficult to locate the loft. Maybe add “Next to Subway sandwich shop” in the description. Also should add parking options to the description.

Very good location. Only problem was all communication in French so I never understood emails sent to me. Also since I was early before checkin time, I wish I had known to go to the main office first to check in and leave my luggage. Place was excellent in location.

This place is located in the heart of Old Quebec. It's clean, quiet and we had no issues getting the codes to get into the unit on the day. The stairs are steep to get to the 2nd and third floors. Difficult to manage with heavy luggage. The unit we were in (1a) was small. Enough room for a couple but felt crowded.
