Hotel Sepia

Good clean two stories motel with an on site restaurant and conference center. Be aware, there are no elevators. There is free parking on surface lot with about 4 electric car charging spaces. The only disadvantage with this establishment is the thin doors and thin floors. You can hear and feel every one talking, yelling, walking, or running pass your room. The clean bathroom is small with no counter space but you could stack everything on top of the big drawer. Overall, I would recommend it is an inexpensive clean motel for a one night stay and hopefully you don't have noisy neighbors. You may get lucky if the motel was not super busy and packed full of kids and immature adults.

Clean and would consider staying again. Close to the aquarium and convenient to a number of local restaurants nearby.

the room is very excellent although the breakfast is not included. the only con is that there is a few distance from the hotel to old city.

Connivence for driving to the city. nice and clean room only thing that I don't like is the bathroom.

The Sepia Hotel has a bilingual friendly and knowledgeable staff which is so important if your French is not very good. The rooms and baths were modern, comfortable and very clean. I felt that the price of the room was a great value for modern accommodations in a convenient location.

One night stay in a standard room with king size bed. Room was small but very clean, with beautiful hardwood floors and lovely bathroom with glass walled shower... sooo nice. Everything included (Nespresso coffee, tea, snacks, iron) made the stay quite nice. One problem: using the hair dryer while the coffee was brewing caused a power failure. A call to the reception and the problem was solved in minutes.

clean, comfortable, good restaurant shuttle to old town made life convenient and made the whole experience an excellent value...would gladly stay again

The staff was very nice, especially considering my boyfriend and I didn't speak a word of french. We stayed in the standard king room and it was a lot smaller than we thought it would be. The bathroom had a sliding door that was glass which was a little odd. The shower was amazing (rain water shower head). We thought the lighting was cool in the bathroom and the light above the bed. There were snacks in the room which you could eat if you pay for it and they looked like they were sitting there for months, all dusty (gross!). The ice bucket was even dusty. The main city was about 5-10 minutes down the highway from the hotel which wasn't that bad at all. We attend the beer festival that was going on, and that was pretty fun. The food and beer was very good in quebec. The driving was kind of a nightmare, people in quebec are crazy drivers and the steers are kind of odd (tiny french word signs, mostly one-ways, a lot of highways).

Very comfortable + close to places to go. Especially they offer a complimentary shuttle to the city. Soooo Worth it!!The rooms were clean, décor good, comfortable. The only thing was the outdoor pool. Situated at the parking lot not so attractive but after a day's walking trip in the city was nice to relax to from a pool even if it was smack at a parking lot. Staff was very good. I recommend this hotel to 'all'.

friendly staff and very helpful. No shuttle service during the week but bus just outside the hotel which takes you directly into the old city.

Hotel restaurant service and food is excellent. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, very nice room and in good location to catch bus to old town

We stayed for 3days and 2 nights, it was fair enough, far from tourist destinations but there is a free shuttle bus. For the price, i think it's a bit expensive, considering nothing is free, you need tonpay even for the coffee abd soaps inside your room..

This was a great location and a great value for a family. Although this isn't in Old Quebec, they have a free shuttle which worked well for us (and we also drove and parked in lower town near Quebec a few times, for about half the price of parking in, say, downtown Chicago). The aquarium is just down the street, and there are restaurants, a large grocery store, and a nice patisserie within a mile (intersection of St. Louis and . L'eglise). The staff was very friendly, too.

Location is good, we were driving from Montreal to Quebec city , hotel is very easy to getting to the city. Beds are very comfortable! but bathroom is a little bit too small and don't really like the sliding door.

The hotel was beautiful, there's a shuttle bus which takes us right to downtown Quebec, and it's free. love everything about this hotel and will for sure go back again if I ever return back to Quebec.

The hotel was ample, modern and clean. The location was about 1 block away from the aquarium, 1 block away from major highways. the restaurant's kitchen was very good.

Great location. Close to bus stops for going into city. front desk people very helpful.

Perfectly clean and quiet hotel and beds are so comfortable we could hardly get up in the mornings. The staff were nice. The buffet breakfast was good and is inexpensive. There is free parking and the hotel is about 15 - 20 minutes drive to downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable;Staff friendly and helpful.Rates very reasonable. could have included free coffee in the room. breakfast buffet is extra. there is a grocery store within a couple of blocks and a Cafe where you can get coffee and nice pastries. Overall, very happy with this hotel and its people. St. Louis, Missouri, USA

Bonjour and thank you very much for taking the time to write a review on our hotel. I am sorry to hear that your experience with us wasn't enjoyable because of the isolation of the room and the noise from the neighbors. Unfortunately for the noisy neighbors, there is not much we can do, exept to give them warnings! For the isolation of the room I will let the owners know of the situation. I take good note also for the bathroom space. Kindest regards,
