Close to Quebec Winter Carnival sites. Walking distance to everything in the old city. Friendly hotel staff. The hotel room with double queens bed is very spacious. Good on-site restaurant.

This hotel is a walking distance to all old quebec city and culinary attractions. Paillard bakery is in the back street. The citadel is a 10min walk. Pain Gruel bakery is a few blocks away. Access to back street is blocked by the restaurant downstairs and pool is on the small side. sauna is good but no steam room.

In addition to clean, spacious rooms with large bathrooms, complimentary Keurig coffee in room, fast wifi, fast elevators, responsive AC/heat, spacious lobby, quiet rooms & great location. Plus access to 2 free, fast computers near lobby.

We stayed for 5 nights. Hotel was very clean, room is actually larger than it looks online. Just off Rue St Jean, with great assortment of restaurants. Street is closed to traffic at night, so easy to walk around, and lots of street performers. Bus #21 stops 1/2 block away, but walkable to most attractions. Staff was friendly, and bi-lingual. beautiful swimming pool. Would definately recommend!

Great location for walking throughout Old Qubec And the Lower City. Many good restaurants, good shopping, and great art galleries. Walking distance to railway station. Hotel personnel were excellent and on site restaurant Chez Boulay good. Breakfast very good and reasonably priced.

The only thing I did not like about the hotel was the parking for your car

Good place close too everything and 5 star service

Room had just been renovated 2 weeks before - was in excellent condition

I just typed a complete review and then hit a tab and bye-bye review. This new computer is sooo sensitive. Here is the abbreviated version: Frequent flyer to QC but first time staying at Victoria since we usually stay at the Hilton. Hotel was great but do like the bar at the Hilton. Location was great and we enjoyed the restaurants within walking distance but if you want to eat outside the wall at what I call restaurant row we would have had to take a cab , but that was because it was nasty weather and at 66 I have atrial fib and walking uphill can cause an issue for me. Staying at the Hilton which I consider half way between restaurant row and downtown doesn't work like it use to so downtown and a cab to restaurant row works best for me. Everything about QC is wonderful except I am really trying to learn French and even when I say something in French it is obvious that I don't speak the language and the person I am talking to just flips into English. There was a time that that didn't happen and I miss that about QC.So, this hotel is great and I recommend it 100. So profitez de votre temps au Quebec!

This is not a higher end hotel in regard to room decor and view (our room had no natural light with the windows looking out onto a drab utility area), but the decor is decent and the room and bathroom clean and comfortable. We ate at the associated restaurant for lunch and the food was about a 6.5/10. The location is central to shopping/dining areas and also within walking distance of the train station, and the staff very friendly. Internet connection was fine.

Very nice hotel, located perfectly. We stayed for a night and the bed and pillows were amazing.

Charming and quaint. Many REALLY don't speak any English! Highlight of the trip was the Louise Penny Bury Your Dead tour of the Old City. Voir Quebec's talented and informative guide, Francois Vidal, kept us mesmerized with history, current facts and interesting tidbits. A perfect way to learn about this area. Hotel was delightful and staff genuinely attentive. A caution, for those who have difficulty with stairs, steps and uneven surfaces this is NOT for you. We found it a delightful 4 day getaway.

Great location within Quebec City. Very European feel. Wonderful 2 days of experience prior to Cruise. So glad We did this!

This is absolutely wonderful place. Great location right in the heart of the old city. Steps to everything. Best bakery just around the corner - for breakfast, lunch, late night ice cream. Swimming pool was amazing bonus. Very friendly stuff. I wish the garage was included in hotel charge. For the amount they charge, they could do it...

The Manoir Victoria is in a great location & offers a good Value in Old Quebec City. We paid extra to upgrade our room and it was worth it. Newly remodeled, very large room. Staff is very helpful, especially the front desk and the staff member who met us at the front entrance, took our bags up 20+ steps to the lobby, and then to our room. The Old City is very hilly. Upon departure, the desk ordered us a taxi, and it was waiting out in front by the time we finished checking out and made it down the steps!

The Hotel staff were very friendly. i liked its location in the down town.

Outstanding location--entire city is walkable. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Very clean room. Restaurant Boulez is outstanding and reasonable compared to others visited. There is a long staircase to enter--not a problem for us but I could see how elderly or disabled would be affected.

Close to historical sites. Staff was very helpful in getting luggage in and out and taking care of the car.

Stuck in elevator for 1 hour, no room service 4 of 5 days, snooty waitstaff in restaurant.

We had a wonderful post-cruise stay at the Hotel Manoir Victoria, right within the old walled city. Easy to reach from the cruise port by taxi and a short drive to the VIA Train Station as well. This hotel and our room were spotless, and the staff was very helpful with our luggage (my husband walks with a cane). many excellent restaurants within a couple of blocks and one gets a sample of what the old city has to offer, namely its European heritage and French-Canadian culture. Highly recommended.
