Staff was AWESOME - incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel was in a wonderful location. My only issue was the room size. I was in a comfort room and it was TINY. The bathroom was about the size of a bathroom on a cruise ship - if I were a large person, there is no way the bathroom would have been workable. So be VERY thoughtful when you book your room. The hotel was great. When I go back I will stay at the sister property - Hotel 71. They are conjoined - and you check in at the Hotel 71 lobby. The hotels have breakfast (not included unless you do a package) and it was busy every day (so I'm assuming it's pretty good!). They are also connected to an Italian restaurant that has very good reviews and was very tasty. Definitely recommend - just pay attention to the room size when booking!

Amazing smell of herbs as you walk in , great choice of toiletries , Not enough towels

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was perfect. There were four ladies celebrating a birthday and we had two rooms. The location is absolutely perfect and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the glasses and ice water at the base of the stairs so we have ice water to go to the room. I was surprised with a bottle of champagne and glasses on ice from the staff. We were surprised to find that our hotel was on the historic tour.

Staff was great , very helpful, great location for walking around seeing the sights eating & shopping !!

Quiet and close to shops and cruise. Only two things were less than perfect in reference to the room. The bathroom door was scraping the door frame when you opened or closed it and toilet paper holder fell off our last night there. I didn't report the door because we learned to pull up on it to lessen the noise and the fix may have interfered with our stay. I reported the holder problem when we checked out. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel in perfect location. The staff were all personable and very attentive.

This is a great hotel with well appointed rooms and very helpful staff compared to other places I have stayed. Excellent included breakfast as well.

Large room with 2 wardrobes, 2 comfy chairs, a desk/chair, plenty of light through 2 large windows, large bathroom and nice beds. Adjoins Hotel 71 so you get good concierge service, a restaurant, and tasty made- to-order breakfasts. We would definitely return!

Loved everything about this hotel, the ease of walking to restaurants, shopping to historical sites. Clean lovely room, great service with staff Would recommend and will stay there again.

Perfectly located hotel so we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean and very quiet. Breakfast included in price was made to order and variety was excellent. Highly recommend

The St Pierre was a real treat we were treated warmly from the moment we arrive through our departure. The staff was eager to help in any way. The room was spacious and comfortable the wifi was good and they had many English channels on TV. The daily breakfast offered a great amount of choices and service was quite good. We also dined at the sister hotel 71 at there in house restaurant il Matto. The food and atmosphere were exceptional. We highly endorse the St Pierre

We stayed at the Saint-Pierre for the Winter Carnival and had a wonderful time. We were upgraded to a top-floor suite, spacious with beautiful views of the St. Lawrence River and a whirlpool tub. Terrific location and friendly, helpful staff. Nice a la carte breakfast is included. Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed the decor of the room a lot. Comfortable beds, large spacious room, very helpful staff. Breakfast was included, and not our favorite part there. The location is fantastic!

We had a great time touring Quebec and staying here was one of the highlights. The rooms were in a historic building and the gourmet breakfasts were fantastic. The staff was bilingual and friendly. Directly across from the Museum of Civilization, we were within walking access of lower Quebec, and also allowed us to explore Rue de St Paul and the Farmer's market.

A great place to stay. Warm, friendly staff. Beautifully refreshed old building. Walking distance of the Lower Town, and a rail ride away from the upper town. Breakfast was great w/ a number of choices. I'll be going back.

Great hotel in the best area in town. The hotel is a small boutique with great service and a wonderful environment.
