The female attendant at the front desk called me psychotic because they charged me 152.00 and 120.00 from my bank account as two holds on my room. Because I was concerned and wanted to speak to the financial officer, she inadvertently thought she was explaining the situation to him saying that 'this woman' was psychotic. I explained she was actually calling my room. I left the hotel immediately. I still have not been reimbursed.

This was an average hotel located in a wonderful spot across the street or next to some of the McGill University dorms - so perfect for visiting parents. We got a good deal on the room and they made sure we got what we paid for - a little interior room with an ugly view of buildings. This was when the hotel was not quite full at all - mid-February. The pool and whirlpool look nice but upon closer inspection there was a dirty film around the edges of both. Gross. And they didn't give us slippers or bathrobes - we had to ask. They charge $28.50 per night for parking (plus tax) but don't tell you that if the first three floors are full, a gate blocks you from going to lower floors. We ended up going back out of the hotel and not until we called later after dinner to ask whether we were guaranteed a spot, as hotel guests, did they tell us we had to get out of the car at the gate and call for someone to let us in. Who knew? And the elevator didn't go into hotel lobby but into the lobby of a different building, which was connected. No big deal but it would help to be informed of such things. There is cheaper parking in lots and on the street on weekends. I wouldn't park there again.

Hotel well located within l0-15 minute walk to metro and bus lines. Walking distance to some museums and shopping and dining areas. All facilities were clean and appeared well taken care of . Staff friendly and helpful. Room had small fridge and microwave as well as coffee maker.

i am satisfied . One of the best places i have been

Staff was personable and helpful regarding each question I asked , and when I needed to cut my trip short due to a death in the family. The breakfast buffet offered variety, including individual eggwhite omelettes, allowing for healthy choices. WiFi worked well. Parking costs extra, but it would if parking elsewhere in the city, and is secure. It is underground which is a plus in inclement weather. It might help to have a sign noting parking for the registration area, as it blends with the sidewalk and is not easily distiguishable from the street. Don't try to go doen the ramp, until you have checked in! The room was pleasant in all ways.

Very good location - good breakfast - wonderful view from pool area

The hotel was located on Sherbrooke next to the Jazz Festival and it was convenient to everything.

I found this hotel extremely nice...It was quiet, clean, safe and charming. Located in close proximity to everything worthwhile in the downtown area, it was effortless exiting and returning the building. I found the pool area clean and also easy to access. The staff members were all polite including a very nice French speaking (she also spoke English) cleaning lady. It was overall a satisfying experience.

Overall very nice. Room was adequate for the money and clean. Not much in the way of extras like fruit, coffee, cookies. Just a basic room in an okay hotel with a very friendly concierge.

The hotel is close to Old Montreal and to St. Catherines main shopping district. Access to the airport shuttle is just down Bleury and Rene Levesque Boulevard. I would highly recommend it as it's within walking distance of many Montreal sites.

great location. friendly staff. room was big. great value for the dollar

I enjoyed staying at the hotel. The service was great and the room was spacious. The location is perfect and it is easy to get around the city from here.

Good location convenient to restaurants and local attractions

Good location, nice staff, clean room, very quiet. Recommend.

The stay was overall very good especially for access to the meeting and the parking on site. Web access was poor and untrustworthy.

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Montreal Centre-Ville was perfect. The hotel was clean and the staff was over the top friendly. The hotel was in walking distance of the Bell Centre, which is why we were in town. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Hotel staff was excellent, accommodating and welcoming! I will stay in this hotel again.

nice location, nice hotel, nice staff, fair price ... good place to stay to enjoy Quebec downtown

I had a great time during my stay in Montreal, and I really liked this hotel. I'd stay here again, but I guess there are cheaper options around.

Amazing location and a great service, will definitely come back.
