no personal bathroom, no towels, the rooms far away from the reception, you need to go through a couple of buildings to make it to the hotel building and there are no signs or helpful things to find your room. no wireless in the rooms.
Hotel was perfect for the price. Close to public transportation. A bit far from downtown but not hard to get to via metro. Perfect for music festivals or events where you just need a place to sleep. Bed was comfortable. Overall good experience.
It was horrible. Your listing was misleading. This was not a hotel with parking as implied on your site. It was a dorm room at the university of Montreal. It was a hospital bed with shared bathrooms down the hall. The was no air conditioning and the fan in our room was broken, With only one small window, the room was hot. The bed for our grandson was a cot and the room was very small. Neither internet nor television were provided. In addition, we had to pay $16 per day for parking.

I would not call this place a hotel. It is a college dorm setting. For two people the room provided was a small 1 person dorm with a twin bed. There was a trundle underneath for the second person to sleep on. No AC, but a little fan was provided. There was a sink in the room and refrigerator. You had to share bathrooms. I am young and not picky just looking for a cheap place to crash so I didn't mind but if you're looking for an actual hotel this isnt the place. Wifi is only available in the lobby and breakfast is not free.
It was the worst experience I ever had in my life. The pictures were so deceiving. Rats activity was heard and bugs in the room. NO FAN no air conditioning. Security was so week that it was scary to be in that hotel

Why should this place be mentioned and offered as a hotel? This is only a dorm. There is no private bath and toilet. My stay there was only for 5 minutes. I checked out immediately and I paid the penalty for my wrong decision.
