We take pride in providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel right at home in this charmingly decorated, professionally maintained unit. Our unit is equipped with comfortable mattresses, a fully appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, and one spacious bathroom. We also provide free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a welcome starter amenity kit with fresh coffee and treats.

You will be in the heart of Mile End, surrounded by some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in Montreal. Whether you're looking for a cozy spot to relax or an exciting night out on the town, Mile End has it all just steps away. WALKING: Central and convenient location makes walking both a practical and desirable option
BICYCLES: Take advantages of BIXI – Montreal’s bike sharing system. Take a bike when you need one, and leave it at any station when you arrive at your destination.
BUSES: Head to Rosemont station to catch the orange line (15 min walk).
TAXIS/UBER: Never more than a few minutes wait
PARKING: Indoor parking is available just a few minutes away on Hutchison Street, near the corner of Laurier. Parking costs $15 a day or paid street parking

We have customer service available from 8am to 11pm daily to ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible. All guests receive Caprina fresh goat’s milk soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee and sugar on arrival. Parking in Montreal can be tricky. While we do not provide a parking space, there are several public parking lots nearby. Our staff can recommend parking apps to make finding a spot easier than ever.

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.

To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between:
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.

Great location in Mile End and beautiful/clean apartment

Not only a great location, but the apartment was quiet, and newly remodeled. It was very clean with great amenities. The master bedroom was extremely comfortable, and the extra room is great for a single adult or children with the bunk beds. The host responded quickly with suggestions on convenient places to park nearby. I would love to come back!
