The room was spacious and very clean. Staff were very courteous and friendly. The only thing Faubourg could improve upon is that their rooms are big enough to fit 3 beds (there was more than enough room for an extra bed in the living room of the 2-bedroom suit I booked). The sofa bed is terrible and have some really sore back. Please consider having a third bed in the room as an option please. Otherwise Faubourg was great

Rooms were dirty. Carpets were very stained, mild & dirt in the bathrooms. Kitchenette had nothing in it so wasn’t at all useful. Elevators weren’t working and stairwells we used instead were very dirty. Breakfast was just ok: able to make toast and had a yogurt but the hot options were questionable at best.

One staff: front desk never welcomed us at all, direct to the points of details like a bot. No smile, no how are you. Lucky there were other front desk staff that actually cared and was helpful and polite. Clean staff was very nice and accommodating. Inside the room, car stool by kitchen counter was chewed by a dog. All bites marks - pretty ugly, bedside lamp was faulty and questionable, room shows neglect by establishment (not cleaning crew)

I stayed at this hotel the first time for a concert in April 2024 and had been really pleasantly surprised. It was nice and clean, with great amenities. I was back in Montreal for another concert on November 17 and this time, it wasn't as clean as it was last year. The floor in the bathroom and kitchen areas had not been swept and cleaned properly. There were dirty/sticky spots. There was also dust in the coffe ''accessories'' container. The rug in the bedroom area showed multiple stains (room 615). On the bright side: bed was clean though. Good location and good breakfast. Polite staff. But cleanliness should be improved and seems to have gone downhill since my first stay last year!

The member of staff that checked me in was not friendly and was clearly frazzled; she could've used help. The room was huge but in disrepair and in need of work and a deep clean. The toilet ran, the vinyl on the cupboard doors in the bathroom and kitchenette was peeling away from the particle board, there were stains on the sofa, the tub had moldy caulking in spots.
