The service was perfect and the lobby and other amenities near the lobby were beautiful. However, I found that my room quality was lacking. The bathroom was well done but everything else needed some work. There were several deep scratches on the floor, the light bulbs were all different colors which was disorienting, the bed itself was quite stiff, the room felt a little dirty and overall the experience was a little underwhelming given the star rating of the hotel. This is a little outside their control but I found the surrounding area of the hotel to be a little uncomfortable as well, as it was dirty and had interesting characters waiting outside to solicit us at times.

The hotel itself was very nice. Trendy and classic decor with comfortable beds. Staff was nice and friendly. Valet took forever and the area surrounding the hotel is sketchy.

Very bad service, they do not have complementary water. They will not reimburse you if your car would not fit in the parking. They do not help you bring your luggage to the room and back. They will just take your money and forget about you. One of the worst hotels services I’ve ever received.

I loved my stay at this hotel 10! The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff kindly upgraded me to an adjoining room at no extra cost, which made our stay even better. Everyone was so pleasant and accommodating. I truly enjoyed my experience and will definitely be returning on my next visit.
