Excellent place to stay when in downtown area of Montreal. Highly recommended and overall great value. It is a funky style hotel with abstract art and features. Not my thing but I made the best of it. The only disappointment was the lighting in the room which was poor. I needed a flashlight to see things and read business reports. Management should put functional lights in the room and allow the paying client to turn them on and off - if and when they wish.

I came here with my family (incl. two small kids) for a full week. The staff was very helpful and nice. We did come here via EV, so I thought it would be a good idea to point out, they only have one international CCS charger, and the rest are Tesla chargers. So if you have a Tesla, you should be fine, but if you have any other make, do keep in mind it is first come first serve for the CCS charger (might be a good idea to bring an adapter if you have one). Valet parking is excellent, you don't have to worry about finding your own parking, and all of the valet are very nice and willing to help if you let them know (will redirect you where needed too). We did not have breakfast here or any food here, since we were in an excellent location where lots of food options were nearby, and our kids usually woke up early. In terms of location, this place is great, everything is walking distance. We only drove to the museums for the kids or old Montréal. We will definitely come back the next time we do a road trip here.

Montreal has extremely low standards of maintenance and cleanliness throughout the whole horeca industry. What in Europe is considered an ok place to stay for a night near the highway, in Montreal is considered a very good and well maintened place. With that being said the place is clean however there were holes and dents in the cheap floor of the room, the bathroom door was probably from 1960 and so was the rest of the furniture in the room.
