We had an amazing stay at Hotel 10! This boutique hotel is modern, stylish, and well-maintained. The rooms were spotless, except the pillows were too soft for me. The staff were very friendly, professional, and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, walkable to everywhere, including great cafes. About 20 minutes walk to McGill, Eaton Center, the old town. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Very nice front desk staff. Arrived before check in, stored our bags, parked our car and went off to the city. St Catherine street was a few short blocks away. Plenty of restaurants a short walk too.

Hotel was great, everything within walking distance as we were tourist just looking for some photos. Lots of dining options. One thing didn’t really like too much was that I couldn’t park the car myself and someone had to get the car for me. Valet is a nice option but don’t see it as needed. Overall, great stay.

We appreciated the early check in, and the staff moving a very noisy family who’s children were screaming in the room next to us. The walls seem to be extremely thin; you can hear every little sound. The rooms are a little outdated, and while the bathroom was updated, there was no counter space and the barn door is terrible and noisy and does not lock. We appreciated the proximity to the place des arts, but feel this hotel lacks amenities (not even an ice maker, although you can request ice from the front desk). Pet friendly for those who need it, but not a place we’d stay for rest and relaxation.
