This Hotel was first class the staff was amazing! Would definitely stay there again while in Montreal

Overall decent hotel in a great location, just the lobby perfume smell was too strong. My car parked on the street was tampered with (side mirror almost broken) but fortunately wasn't broken. Loud party noise at night for 20-30 minutes

nothing special the facilities were simple and some of the staff were rude

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to via walking or metro to the Plateau section and the Old Port. It has cool decor and a friendly vibe.

Staff was very pleasant and professional. On the website it says free valet parking but in reality you have to pay 30 bucks per night.

Had stayed there previously. The location works for me.

Nice place - everything extra is extra, though. Gym is adequate. Rooms can be loud on the weekend but they are very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast in the hotel is $22 CA but generous and tasty. Great location.

The hotel was in a centric location, the room was really clean and the staff really nice

The hotel itself was wonderfully situated on the edge of downtown. We walked to Old Montreal, Les Quartiers des Spectacles, and Chinatown, and the Plateau. We were close enough to take a scooter to Olympic Park and the Chateau Dufrense and To Mont-Royal. We loved the location. The hotel itself was very comfortable and the staff was extremely pleasant. We arrived on a Wednesday night and the concierge was at his post at 11pm and helped us to find food even though it was so late. The only problem that we encountered was that apparently this hotel attracts American bachelor parties, so by Friday there were several groups of unrefined, loud males drifting about. Other than that, we really loved it, and would probably return.

Nice hotel. Great breakfast. Ask for a coupon at the front desk for 1/2 off breakfast. Bathroom was separate from the shower which was strange. Large coffee stain on carpet by bed. Nice staff. Valet parking is not convenient.

It was close walking to many, bars, clubs, restaurants. There is a convenience store/ gas station across the street. It has a nice courtyard bar, and a club downstairs. My room was clean, and bed was comfortable.

There was only a driver one morning to take you anywhere, they don't pick you up and the food made me sick!

What stands out in this hotel is the service. When we checked in that evening, Sabrina, the shift supervisor and Catherine, the front row desk were so helpful. Sabrina particularly made us feel at home and she was very informative in regards to places to visit and things to do. They also have a free car service that can take you anywhere in the downtown area. The place is clean and the bed comfortable. All these made our stay quite pleasant.

Decided to go to Montreal at the last minute, for a quick labor day getaway. We couldn't have been more pleased with this hotel - fantastic location, friendly staff, restaurants on-site and most important for us, it's pet friendly. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to stay at Hotel 10 again, highly recommend.

I booked this Hotel due to it's location. It's perfectly located within walking distance of downtown and old town. The reviews were not good and it's a shame because my experience was amazing. The staff went over and above making my stay an amazing stay. The Hotel even has a Benz that will take you to different locations (within reason) within the City. The Restaurant is great but most importantly they know you and call you by name. The Hotel is chic, the rooms are amazing, comfortable, and if you go you must ask for Sabrina. She will help you with all of your travel needs within the City. I can't say enough good things about my stay which was an amazing trip made possible by the wonderful people of Montreal and the staff at the Hotel 10. It's a must stay and I super highly recommend it to fellow travelers. You will not be disappointed.

great location and very friendly staff, however the amenity and food services are limited due to COVID
