The staff was amazing—from phone support to the front desk. Nico and Ally at reception, Juan from maintenance, and Mo the doorman all made us feel truly welcome and made our stay that much more enjoyable. The location is excellent—very convenient to Old Montreal and with easy access to public transportation and the metro. I highly recommend this hotel. We also dined at the Japanese restaurant KYO, which was a pleasant experience with better taste and value for the money compared to nearby steakhouse restaurants.

Very clean room. Liked the brick wall. Couldn’t turn down the temperature. Was very hot. Had to keep opening the door to let heat out throughout the night. Came back from dinner we went to the bar for a quick drink. When in the bar. A couple of people came up to us and said that a private party was taking place. Why didn’t they put the party in a conference room instead of closing the bar on a Saturday night. The staff was very friendly. The door and valet was especially great.

clean room, snacks were amazing, staff was nice enough, not too much hovering nor much accommodation either. No one asked how my stay was nor if anything could be approved. I didn't appreciate the shift in service after my discover card was declined for the security deposit. The tone was soured after that. The hotel itself is located in the perfect location. Access to everything, with a great variety of restaurants, walking, public transportation and shopping. I would stay there again, with slightly different expectations. They were even kind enough to hold my luggage for me before check in, so I didn't have to lug it around while I waited
