I didn't like that today, December 26th, they accessed my credit card and charged CAD 86. They didn't specify what it was for when I left an additional CAD 100 as a security deposit. I think it's an excessive abuse and I demand an explanation.

I would have given this hotel five stars based on cleanliness alone. Unfortunately, the hot water for both the shower and sink was very disappointing. The water pressure was weak, and the water was not hot enough. I understand the need to conserve water, but this was excessive. When staying at a hotel, a hot shower and a good night’s sleep are the most basic expectations. Everything else is secondary. I hope the hot water situation can be improved in the future.
