The room was beautifully appointed. The staff was so friendly. It was our anniversary week and we returned one night to our room to a signed card by each staff member on duty, a bottle of merlot, and chocolate. My husband and I were happily surprised. The cleaning staff was great, especially Olga. Will we return, absolutely!! Thank you to the team at Loews Hotel in Montreal.

low level room which has the back view - back court should be clean and hotel should display some art work in that case the view will be compensate
