This may have been the the cleanest, most, and beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff was extremely accommodating in the concierge. Did a wonderful job helping us make reservations at several wonderful restaurants off site.

I loved the old charm of the interior from an age long ago. Since I was using a portable wheelchair it was very hard for me to navigate down the halls which are SO long in such a large hotel. Although the carpets were lovely they were next to impossible to navigate on my own.

The staff were so helpful; I especially made great use of the concierge to figure out how to get around the city for the first time. The pool is great, though very popular with the kids staying there. And the views are great, whether from my room over the river or from the 6th floor club next to the pool, where you can get a drink. Very pricy, but worth it.

The building looks majestic and rooms are good size but bathroom is small. Room numbers are very confusing—not in order. There was a mixup during checkin. They gave us a room that was already occupied by another guest. Then we had to come downstairs and recheck. This time they gave us a room that was supposedly an upgrade but It didn’t feel like an upgrade. There was no one attending the Valet parking when we arrived.

A beautiful classic property worth a visit just to say you did. Our stay was on a very busy weekend and frankly the place was slammed. Chaos in the lobby. We were guests for two nights and yet we could not get a dinner reservation at the property either night - fully booked! The staff is highly professional friendly helpful and courteous. Recommend you book your stay at a less busy time.

The location is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to everything you wish to see In old Quebec. I literally loved staying there but I still can’t get over spending over $900 after the awful taxes on a room that was adequate with no view.

This gorgeous magnificent hotel combines historic beauty and charm with high-end bathrooms, restaurants. Every detail is perfect and magical at Christmas. Fantastic location and amazing concierge. Highly recommend.

The hotel was beautiful! It had everything from shops, restaurants, starbucks and lots more in the facility. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Service was great, the town was beautiful. My family and I enjoyed are stay very much.

A beautiful and historic site. Definitely worthwhile!

This hotel seems more like a tourist attraction than a high quality property. We paid ~$400/night for 5 days during winter carnival to stay on the gold floor. We didn't get any sleep the entire time - in 4 nights we had 3 different people move in and out of the room next door. Once it was 2 couples packed in there partying all night (how can you even fit 4 people these rooms are small) another time was young children who were up past midnight then up again early in the morning making a ton of noise. The hotel has adjoining rooms, so the noise sounds as if it's in your room through the poorly sealed door. Another set of neighbors evidently never encountered adjoining rooms before and repeatedly tried to open the door to enter our room. Once you wake up to someone trying to get into your room its hard to fall back asleep. All that money and I wish I stayed at cheap hotel down the street instead. Service was ok - no one went out of their way to be friendly or helpful. The bellman didn't direct us to check in on the gold floor even after we said that's where we were staying - I guess we should just know to go directly to the 14th floor but it was our first time staying here so we waited in the line surrounded by a peewee hockey convention for 15 minutes. When I asked the concierge how to get to the carnival she acted like it was really odd for me to not already know - I just got here, how would I know? I wouldn't stay here again. Views were nice, the only positive.

Beautiful hotel (exterior) with outstanding views.

Everything at this property was first class. From the lobby to the restaurants, to the pool, everything was great. Really enjoyed staying here.

Location was ideal and picturesque in the snow and wintertime

best location, very nice property, have everything in there. it was newly renovated. However, the room I was stayed in was really small, not quite the same as in the website pics. Also, the room is not ready until 8:20pm

Very nice location and building.
