I recently had the pleasure of staying at Delta Hotels by Marriott Montreal, which exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The cleanliness, friendly staff, spacious room, and convenient location create a winning combination that made my stay a delightful experience.
Nice staffers
Just a great hotel!!!
Staff is very friendly, Nice and clean.
Location was good but Lack of off-property businesses nearby within one block. The patio was a nice concept but could have had more comfortable chairs. Would have been nice to have more of a minimart. Restaurants and food were excellent. Though a little dated I loved the squash courts.
No issues nor surprises. I did expect the rooms to be a bit more updated though.
I would feel safer about this hotel if the Marriott chain provided PAID SICK LEAVE to workers. Workers need their salary, which gives them an unfortunate incentive to work while sick. Marriot has a moral obligation to provide paid sick leave. Otherwise, this location is close to McGill and the rooms are comfortable and pretty attractive for a hotel.
I liked the location once I got to know the area. The staff were friendly and responsive. The hotel appears to be run down, the rugs are old and dirty, door and tub needed to be fixed as they are peeling.
Room was wide, clean and bed was comfortable. Stuff were friendly and kind.
Nice room. Quiet. No hairdryer or refrigerator. Spacious bathroom.
The staff was very courteous and genuinely caring. All smiles
The Delta is in a very convenient location however it seems like whenever I book any hotel with Orbitz I get the worst room possible,in this particular one I was given a room with a view directly to a playground of a daycare when I specifically asked for a higher floor I was given a room on the second floor
No assistance at arrival. Directed to self park in a garage with ceilings so low the car was scratched when opening the back hatch. Room was spaciousness, but strangely arranged. Small tv far from beds. No furniture on patio. Carpet detached from subfloor and wrinkled throughout room.
Bathroom door squeaks when opening and closing. It is also difficult to keep closed for privacy. Both beds squeaked as if they were rollaways or old. It was highly annoying and made it difficult to fall and stay asleep. Hallway outside the door has (what looks like) construction debris on carpet.
