We got in on a Friday night and needed dinner reservations. Vincent the concierge worked tirelessly to get us last minute reservations somewhere pleasing to my children and in laws. He then gave us umbrellas to use on our walk to the restaurant. The next day he helped my in laws with a bus tour.

Great hotel room, wonderful amenities, located centrally in Old Montreal. A couple of cosmetic flaws, bathroom door handle broken, floor wall moulding fell off several times on its own. Otherwise, a recommendable place.

Large and nicely appointed room. Great location. We had a great stay.

It's a beautiful hotel within walking distance of everything. It was very homey and we looked forward to going back to relax every day. We will definitely be back!

Le Saint Sulpice is a beautiful property in a great location, right next to Notre-Dame Basilica in Old Montreal.

Huge room. Very comfortable bed with a stove top, nespresso, microwave, and enormous bathroom with a tub and a shower. Home away from home. Great place.

From arrival to departure the hotel and staff were great. Our room was spacious and without external noise as well. The separate bedroom section was nice and provided quiet isolation. The dining room and its staff were very good. The outdoor dining patio looked inviting. However, it rained and we were forced to have a delicious luncheon inside. Our waiter was kind enough to recommend a superior French restaurant that was nearby for my wife and I to have dinner.

Great place. Good location. Restaurant just ok, but rooms and service terrific.

I come to Montreal a few times per year for business and very much enjoy to stay in the old part of town. The streets are cobblestone and it has the old european charm. I have stayed at quite a few hotels in old Montreal and this one falls into the category modern old world. Don't expect anything hip here, just solid and all you need for a comfortable stay. Parking is rather expensive. Down the street (2min walk) is the Scandinave Spa, worth the visit in the winter with Sauna & Steamer and good quality therapeutic massages. Oh bring your swimming trunks- this is not europe quite yet...

Well appointed, clean, extremely friendly staff. The location is absolutely ideal. Close to everything. Wonderful concierge service. Prices in the restaurant were reasonable. The room was outstanding offering every amenity. They gave us a free upgrade so that each of us had a queen bed. I can't say enough about the hotel. But also...Montreal...just WOW. We kept hearing that they would not be welcoming, but that could not be more wrong. Each and every person (with the exception of cab drivers who were aloof) was SO friendly and helpful. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer!!

I had a wonderful stay Beautiful, clean and great ammenities

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to Old Port, Notre-Dame, Subway and underground city. The room was spacious and clean. We did have to pay extra $60 for a room with a view if the street and a fireplace but it was worth every penny. We stayed over New Years so the gym was closed on Jan 1 and 2nd which I found odd since this is a hotel. The staff is very nice with the exception of the restaurant staff working on New Years Eve - the food was terrible and they were unapologetic when our order was messed up.

looks nice in and out, and amazing service. Staffs are very professional and are always ready to help. I took my parents to this hotel for a family reunion trip, and they loved this place. (at the time, the hotel was partly under construction. I bet the place looks much better than when i visited)

the place is amazingly well decorated, and great service. Staffs with really professional attitudes and the place looks just amazing. located in the center of Montreal. i went to this place with my parents as a family reunion trip and my parents were very happy about this place i found for them.

Great hotel for weekend stay in Montreal. Staff was friendly and accomodations comfortable. I would recommend it and would return.

My family spent three nights here over Thanksgiving break. It was perfect! A roomy suite was very nice and quiet. Great room service, coffee, and convenient valet. The location cannot be better. Highly recommended.

This hotel is in an excellent location in the city, has rooms which make you feel you are in french culture of Canada. Very classy but very affordable. waling distance to many sites and restaurants. Safe walking. Close to waterfront. Quiet rooms, A wonderful experience. Rooms are large and bathrooms excellent. Will return. Ideal for business or a trip with your special person.

The hotel and staff were great, very accommodating, friendly and attentive to our needs, but done in a very friendly and causal way. Excellent breakfasts and close to some great restaurants within walking distance

This location is perfect! For the price, it is better than much larger hotels. Very peaceful, comfortable, with excellent staff. Location is unbeatable. My only negative comment is that the beds were odd. It did not bother me, but may bother others. The 2 double beds in my room were a murphy bed and fold out couch. If you want to fold it all up, it might be a good thing.

The location of this hotel is incredible. Directly in the heart of Old Montreal just steps away from the Notre Dame Basilica as well as many shops and restaurants. The hotel room was very spacious and clean, however, the lighting was dim throughout and could use some improvement.
