Hotel room is huge. Renovations are very nice. Front desk and valet staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast both days was lacking. First day food was just okay, service poor. Dishes left, no offer of refills of coffee. Second day, food order was incorrect, cold, uncooked or over cooked. Failed to correct. Better to go elsewhere. Lots of cafes in area.

Very nice staff, esp at the front desk and the restaurant. The beds were very comfortable and the room is quite spacious. The only suggestions I have are more lighting (rooms are pretty dark) and more heat in the bathroom. The bathroom was very cold.

The room was lovely and extremely spacious. The hotel location is amazing and easy to get to everything. Only downfall was, we were in room 215 which was right above hotel entrance which was on a busy street. it was very very noisy in the middle of the night and kept waking us up.
