The staff are remarkable. Kind, friendly, helpful. This hotel is a perfect location for Old Montreal, many sites, great dining, easy access to the rest of the city, easy to find after a few drinks because it's right next to a major, beautiful landmark! Very clean and quiet. They use one time use toiletries and I would love to see them switch to something more sustainable and eco friendly.
