Very pleasant stay at the Ritz in Montreal. Entire staff was very accommodating and made my trip a comfortable one.

Staff, especially Imane and Fausto were so genuinely kind and helpful that we felt like they were family members. Mathilde from Guest Relations made sure in advance that we were all set and followed up while we were there...even to point of coming to see us off when we left. “Unbelievable”.

Well-trained, courteous staff. Pool and roof terrace area are beautiful. Room was very comfortable, bathroom modern and comfortable also.

My fiancé and I went for a long weekend. The staff was warm and welcoming. Simon and Audrey went above and beyond to help make our time there memorable and effortless. We will be returning.

Arrived in Montreal for a long birthday weekend. Found a chocolate ganache birthday cake and champagne waiting in my room. Staff was especially friendly and helpful . Even the young lady at the pool , Melanie, remembered our names after meeting us briefly just one time. Room was spectacular from the clean modern yet traditional feel, to the high tech toilet (you really have to see this to believe it). Would not hesitate to stay here again.
