Overall a good hotel and will stay there again in the future. The elevator is somewhat noisy especially if you have a room nearby. It would be good to hear from the hotel management on how they can reduce that noise. Perhaps the elevator needs some maintenance.

This property is too expensive for the amenities provided. Shower tap lacked proper caulking, elevator, while functional, was noisy and seemed in the anachronistic 1930's. Also, no car parking onsite. Valet parking was available but actual parking spot was unknown to us.

Great stay, with great views

I was surprised with a significant upgrade when I checked in--from queen to PENTHOUSE (PH view is awesome!) Super comfortable bed, great views from every window, and a balcony. A couple minor things to note--there was no blue recycling container in the room, and the shower control that changes from hand-held to rain shower/overhead had at some point lost a tiny screw that allows you to pull/push the control button, so you had to turn off the shower then turn it on again if you wanted to return to the handheld setting (which seemed to be the default setting when you first turn it on). So--a quick minor fix there. Other than that, the check-in and out were both quick. I never took advantage of the in-house breakfast buffet because there was so much of Montreal to explore, but it did look good, and price was in-line with what other breakfast places were charging. It's in a great location, walkable to many great spots, and Metro stations nearby. Valet parking was limited, but just a couple blocks away I parked in the Faubourg underground lot, which was extremely reasonable on Saturday and Sunday. I'll definitely stay aT THE SENS again next time I'm in town.

I loved the Hotel

I had a very pleasant stay!!! Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout my visit. The room was comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience.

Good Overall

The hotel is nice overall. We appreciated the location (close to multiple transit lines, in a location near tourist attractions, and central to multiple neighborhoods) and the overall boutique vibe. The hotel doesn’t offer much in terms of amenities such as a pool and it’s not designed to be a place where people would hang out. The building itself needs some TLC, but the staff and customer care was excellent. It was good value overall.

Comfortable and convenient downtown Montreal

Prompt polite checkin - provided a preferred view room - responsive front desk - very well located on edge of downtown in quiet serene area with easy parking on street ( valet provided at $40 in out per day ) / only negative was $ 25 per person buffet breakfast was more like a two star free breakfast than expected
